Your heart rate was constantly raising and you felt like the whole world around you was spinning like crazy. You kept holding Loki's hand while Nat and Steve tried to figure out what to do next. It was indeed true that the situation was quite tricky and extremely hard to get out of. You still had a feeling that everything was going to be alright in the end but there were too many factors that made you unsure of the outcome.

"Cap, these people are going nowhere." Nat suddenly said. "If Stark finds a way to blow this rock..."

"Not till everyone's safe." He cut her quickly.

"Everyone up here versus everyone down there? There's no math there."

"I'm not leaving this rock with one civilian on it." Steve was determined.

"I hate to do this Romanoff but I will have to agree with Steve." Loki suddenly stepped in.

"He's right." You took a deep breath and said. "We can't leave, not like that."

Nat looked around her for a second and then turned back to you. She had a calm, almost peaceful expression on her face. You had really never seen her like that. You could still feel a little scared inside of her but she was too determined to let it take over.

"I didn't say we should leave." She said and everyone looked at her in shock and confusion. "There's worse ways to go. Where else am I gonna get a view like this?"

"Nat no." You took a few steps closer to her. "You are not dying on a flying rock just because the view is nice!"

You hands were shaking and you felt as if your heart was going to break out of your chest. Nat was being ridiculous. Only the thought of dying there, like that, made you scared and furious at the same time. You could feel a tightening feeling on your throat and tears feeling up your eyes, you tried to fight them but some managed to escape and ran down your cheeks.

Of course you knew the dangers of every one of those awful missions that you went but you never thought it would end like that. It had only been a few hours since you found your memories again and only then you realised how many things you still wanted to do in this life.

"Glad you like the view Romanoff." You suddenly heard a familiar voice through your earpiece. "It's about to get better."

You looked at both Nat and Steve in confusion when you saw a sudden glow in their eyes. You then slowly turned around as a very strong wave of air hit you along with a very loud noise that sounded like the one made by rotor blades.

Then, out of nowhere, a huge aircraft started to emerge next the the city. Of course it looked less like and aircraft and more like a whole airport. You started walking slowly towards the edge of the flying city to take a better look at your ticket to freedom.

The rest of the team eventually gathered outside the building and you all agreed that you had put the civilians inside the aircraft as fast as possible. They all looked as shock and thrilled as you did. It didn't take you long to realise that this was S.H.I.E.L.D's work, and more specifically Nick Fury's.

From the moment you met him you knew that this guy was always good news.

"Nice, right?" He continued. "Pulled her out of mothballs with a couple of old friends. She's dusty, but she'll do."

"Fury, you son of a bitch." Steve suddenly said and you chuckled.

"Ooh! You kiss your mother with that mouth?" Fury mocked him.

"I bet ya he kisses way more than that." You laughed and turned to the rest of the team.

Steve seemed a little annoyed but didn't say anything. Some other people started speaking through the earpiece but you didn't pay attention to what they were saying. After only a few seconds some weird gate opened on the side of the aircraft.
