Chapter 12

"Shawn alright man that's enough he's out." I hear Everlee yell. I don't stop until I feel a familiar set of hands on my shoulders. I look back to see Ethan. "Ethan let me go man." I say calmly. I would never disrespect Ethan. So I am chilled out before I spoke to him. "Do you even realize what you just said?" Ethan asks shocked. "Yes...and I really don't care if everyone knows I like her I don't want it to be a secret. I want her to be mine" I turn around and punch him again. "No Shawn that's enough...Cami needs you right now man...go inside...we'll get him the fuck out of your yard." Jordan explains. "Okay...okay." I say nodding to them. I walk back inside and see Brody asleep on the bed beside Cami. I slightly nudge him. "Yo man...go in the guest room and get some sleep...I got her." He groggily nods and I sit down where he was. I rub her back and speak to her softly. She cuddles up to me and puts her head on my chest.
"Shh...baby girl...it's okay I got you." I say softly. Fine. I'll admit it I have feelings for her. But she cannot know that...ever. Well she will soon just not yet. I don't know. I'm a pussy. I have no idea when to tell her. I sit and play with her hair until she falls back into a deep sleep. I lay down with her still on my chest and I start to doze off when I hear the door open slightly. It's Ethan. He walks over and hands me a glass of water and ibuprofen for Cami in the morning. "Thanks brother." "No problem brother...get some sleep alright..." I nod as he pats my head like I'm a dog and we both slightly chuckle. "Night love you man." He says softly. "Night bro love you too." I reply as I close my eyes once more and continue to play with Cami's hair. She is knocked out cold on my chest and it is honestly so fucking cute. I really like her. I would give her the world if she'd let me. I guess I'll have to find out.
