None of us want to leave, we are in out own form of Neverland that we have to leave at some point. We grow old and leave the island, most would say at 18 but I say you leave the island the moment you prove that your ready too.
Not everyone is ready at 18, some are ready by 16, maybe even 14. At the moment I may sound childish but I think I've left that island at a young age. This year I feel like I found my way out.
Yes I may only be 14 but I'm already looking for a job, and maybe a place to stay when I turn 16. And trying my best in classes so I can go to college after highschool. Those things make me think I've left Nederland and to the real world."- Analisse Rivera
