When they arrived back at their apartment, Magnus pushed Alec towards their bedroom. Alec didn't understand what was going on until he felt Magnus' hands on his shirt.

"Mags, stop. Are you absolutely sure that this is what you want?" Alec asked, clarifying whether Magnus truly wanted to take this final step of intimacy.

"Yeah, I mean we're engaged now right?" Magnus responded, not really understanding what Alec meant as he went to kiss him again.

"No, Magnus, I mean are you ready to take that big step forwards and have sex again?" Alec repeated, ensuring Magnus understood this time around. He didn't want to push too far.

"Alexander. Just shut up and fuck me." Magnus said quickly, shocking Alec into complete silence. Alec realised quite quickly that Magnus had never had anyone make love to him. He'd only ever been used without care.

"Magnus... I'm not going to fuck you." Alec explained firmly, stopping Magnus in his tracks.

Magnus couldn't understand why Alec wouldn't comply with his request to fuck him. That's what this step meant, right? He couldn't ever have a say in what he liked when it came to activities in the bedroom. He had to be completely submissive and let the other person take complete control.

"Wh.. why not? I thought you wanted this too?" Magnus asked, on the verge of tears and his voice wavered slightly.

"Magnus... that's not what this is about. I want you to feel pleasure too. Has anyone ever made love to you?" Alec asked him gently, cupping his face lightly. Magnus shook his head as an answer, not looking into Alec's eyes, he was ashamed. He had never made love, only ever been fucked.

"I don't really kn-know what I like, Alexander. Lorenzo told me that I h-had to be completely s-submissive and let him t-take control of everything. I wasn't allowed t-to say if I liked s-something." Magnus explained, his hands shaking at the horrifying memory, until Alec took them gently and rubbed his thumbs over them.

"We don't have to if you're not ready." Alec explained softly, still drawing little rainbows under Magnus' eyes with his thumbs.

"No I- I want you to give me positive memories. I love you, Alexander. I know you'll be gentle." Magnus responded, his dark eyes finally meeting Alec's.

"Are you positive?" Alec asked, seeking final confirmation. Magnus nodded, absolutely sure that he wanted this.

Alec saw his sureness and then cautiously proceeded. He gently captured Magnus' lips in a soft kiss, full of reassurance. Once Magnus didn't push him away, he continued with more force. Alec easily undid the buttons on Magnus' shirt before moving to the zip of his jeans. Once they were off of Magnus' body, Alec pulled his own shirt off, momentarily breaking the kiss. After that, he removed his own jeans and gently pushed Magnus down on the bed. It wasn't long before their underwear was off too.

After a few minutes of making out without any clothes on, Alec checked whether Magnus was okay. The younger man responded with an affirmative and hesitantly explained that he wanted to try and move things forward just a little bit more so he thought that preparation would be the best option.

"I'm gonna use my finger, okay?" Alec asked softly, threading his fingers through Magnus' and waiting for Magnus' response to the question.

He nodded hesitantly before Alec told Magnus to lick his fingers so that it wouldn't hurt as much. The younger man complied and then Alec gently inserted one finger, kissing Magnus' lips softly when it started to hurt him. After the pain had subsided, Alec gently slipped another finger inside. He could tell that Magnus hadn't ever experienced anything like this before by the way the younger man's head was thrown back in ecstasy.

Once Magnus' entrance was significantly prepared, Alec lined himself up, warning Magnus that there was nothing he could do about the pain that was coming. It would subside after a minute or so but he had to bear it until that happened. Magnus nodded in agreement and Alec prepared.

Gently, he pushed inside of Magnus, physically feeling the younger man loosening around him. Magnus hissed in pain but Alec kissed him gently as a distraction to try and lessen the pain. Magnus had never been treated with such care like this, he couldn't help smiling at Alec's personality.

After a minute or so, the pain subsided and it was replaced by absolute pleasure. Alec's thrusts were completely blowing his mind, he felt an ecstasy he'd never experienced before and he accidentally moved his hips up to meet Alec's, fearing that he was going to get shouted at.

"Magnus, it's okay. If that makes it feel even better for you, please continue. It all feels good for me. I want you to feel pleasure from this experience too." Alec explained, lightly kissing Magnus' lips to reassure his statement.

Magnus nodded in response so Alec checked if Magnus was okay before continuing to bring them to their heights. Magnus felt a knot tightening in his stomach. That was new. He hadn't ever felt something like that before, he knew what it was obviously, but he'd never experienced it. An orgasm.

Alec himself was getting close to his climax and release. Seeing Magnus experiencing the exact same pleasure as him after such a horrible prior experience made his heart swell.

Precisely four minutes later, they both released and Alec collapsed next to Magnus on the bed, exhausted from the height he had just reached and the sweet love they just made.

"Alexander... thank you." Magnus whispered gratefully as he got comfortable in their bed.

"Magnus, you deserve the world. If at any point you don't like something, please tell me. The last thing I want to do is hurt you." Alec explained, wrapping an arm around Magnus' shoulders and allowing the younger man to cuddle up with him.

"I know Alexander... you won't ever hurt me. And, you'll be my husband soon." Magnus smiled widely as he looked up into Alec's hazel eyes.

Alec gently took Magnus' left hand and admired the ring that was sitting on his ring finger. He lightly kissed the ring before gently interlacing their fingers together. Magnus had never felt such content bliss, Alec was his everything. He had never been in love like he was with Alec, but he wouldn't change a thing and he smiled, thinking about the day he could slide a wedding band onto Alec's finger.

"If you want to wait a while, that's fine by me." Alec explained, allowing Magnus to feel a little more relaxed that he wasn't being forced. Not that he had ever considered such a thing.

"Maybe we can wait a few months, I've always wanted a winter wonderland themed wedding." Magnus explained, closing his eyes and letting the bliss take over.

"Sounds good to me."
