Mallorys POV

I was still so infuriated with what happened the other night with Austin, so I decided to let it all out in my music.

Before I knew it was jotting down lyrics
'I looked in my rear view mirror and
It seemed to make a lot more sense
Than what I see ahead of us,
Ahead of us, yeah.
Uh I'm ready to make that turn
Before we both crash and burn
'Cause that could be the death of us'

After sitting in the studio for hours recording and writing, I realized that I wasn't angry, I was hurt.

The words just keep replaying in my head over and over again "...or is it another guys you've hooked up with. " I never thought I'd be accused of being a whore- especially from the one I loved.

I read through the group messages that the 3 boys put me in the middle of. And I have to admit that I enjoy the boys texting and caning me. I haven't really had time to make any girl friends.
Robert: Austin is such a jerk. We love you Mal.
Zach: I'm on your side bud!
Alex: What the hell is even happening?
Zach: Are you okay?
Me: Yeah, I'm fine. In the studio now.
Alex: Call me if you need anything.

I wonder what Austin is doing this second. I wonder if he's also in the studio writing his feelings down on a sheet of lined paper.

Alex: Mal, we were thinking about going to get some ice cream later. You should come! It'll be fun.
Me: I think I'll pass, but thank you.
Robert: What? Why not? Please.
Me: Too busy.
Robert: Tomorrow then.
Zach: Austin is NOT coming.
Me: Okay^^. Is 7:00 tonight okay?
Alex: That's our girl. Yeah, we'll be at your house at that time.

I smiled knowing that I would be hanging out with my 3 bestfriends soon.

I continued to try news bars and words for my song. I've had the same beat in my head for days now, it feels good to finally hear it outloud.

I was actually proud of my song. I know im not at the level of Beyoncé or Taylor Swift, but I believe I can be on my way. And as long as I'm happy along with my fans, i think everything will be okay.

It was 4:00, so I decided to wrap it up and go back home. I was already dolled up for the ice-cream "hangout". I was just wearing a casual cute laced white shirt with swirls, then a brown belt to hold up my white shorts. I wore my white converse, they are one of my favorite shoes, because they match well with everything and they are comfortable.

I laid on the couch and before I knew i wad out like a light.

I wake up to to Alex shaking me to wake up. "How did you get in here?" I asked stretching out my back.

"I remembered where you put your emergency key." He smiled. "You ready?"

I nodded and yanked my phone off the charger. My phone was blinking over and over. I checked it as I walked to the car; 5 text messages, 3 missed calls. Most were from Austin.

"You can sit in front." Alex told me getting into the driver seat.

"Hey, Mallory!" The boys shouted in excitement.

"Hey!" I shouted back mocking them.

I read the messages

Austin: Call me!
Austin: I'm sorry.
Austin: Answer!
Austin: Please Mal. I need to talk to you.
Cameron: Hey

"So how was the studio? Any hits?" Zach asked from the back.

"I sure hope so!"

"Mallory, if you don't mind me asking, what's up with you and Austin?"
