it was already quarter to three o'clock in the morning when ryan finished streaming. walking out from his and justin's room to check if anyone was still awake.
'i wonder if she's already asleep..' ryan thought as he stared at the door across his.
y/n and isshie decided to stay on their home since it was raining heavily up till now, isshie stayed on oliver's room since the boy offered about it and isshie who was a fan girl immediately agreed.
leaving her cousin, y/n, using the guest room.
ryan knocked on the door once and another followed as he didn't receive any answers from the h/c girl.
inside the guest room was a girl who was sound asleep, her hands twitching as unreadable expressions was plastered on her face. a nightmare was what she was experiencing, she always does whenever it is raining heavily especially when it has thunders with it.
the guest room's door opened with no noise, a boy entering the dark room with only the lamp turned on.
the h/c girl didn't wake up which he advanced towards the girl. a yawn escpaed on him as he sat on the floor by the bed.
his eyes wandered over the girl's constantly changing expression and hands twitching before he realized what y/n was going through.
not wanting to wake the girl up, ryan placed his left hand on the y/n's forehead. leaning his head on the side of the bed as he let his hand move.
it traveled from her hair, down to her arms before his fingers slid between hers.
ryan smiled when he saw y/n was not trembling anymore.
the h/c girl's expression turned into a peaceful one. her eyes twitching before it opened.
ryan felt his cheeks warm as he smiled softly at her.
y/n stared at him as her mouth opened and closed a few times before it opened one last time as he was processing her next words.
sleep was still tugging at her.
"what are you doing here, ryan?" she mumbled, scanning ryan's features.
"i just finished streaming. i was checking if anyone was still awake but my feet brought me here." his smile fell as he let out a yawn. "you were having a nightmare when i got here." he said.
"yeah. i guess, i was." she murmured as she moved to sat up but immediately stopped when her hand gripped another.
ryan noticed this and immediately went to remover his hand from hers. "sorry." he mumbled quietly.
before ryan could untangled their fingers, y/n tugged his hand back. she gripped at it tightly as she pulled him at his arm, she looked up meeting ryan's gaze for a split seconds before she looked away.
"c-can you stay here?"
he hummed in confusion as y/n blushed in embarrassment.
"i bet you are tired from streaming and we both really need sleep." the h/c girl said before lifting up the blanket.
without a second thought, ryan crawled in beside her as y/n immediately putted back the blanket over them. letting out a satisfied hum, she shuffled close towards ryan.
liking the warmth that he emitted.
y/n let herself lean against him and inhaled, her eyes opening slightly at the unexpected smell that invadere her senses.
"ryan, you smell really good and you feel so warm." she mumbled softly as sleepiness started come back on her. "i like... you"
a smile was plastered on his face when he heard what she said, draping an arm over her waist and pulling the h/c girl closer. he squeezed her hand that was still entangled with his. he hid his face in her hair, breathing the girl's scent as he drifted off to sleep.
