Where did The Scarlet Necklace go?

The man introduced himself as Mr. Isaac Smith, a partner in a bank called Smith & Watson at the Jackson street.
(If you are wondering about the English Names, Jin and Jungkook are residing in Europe.)
Smith & Watson was the second largest bank in London. Jin and Jungkook knew that Mr Smith was in a dire situation. You can see sadness and despair in his eyes, which filled them with pity. Jin said compassionately, "Calm down, Mr. Smith. After a short break, tell me what you have to do with me."
The man took a deep breath and said, "Mr. Kim, I have a problem. And a very vexing problem it is indeed. I went to the police but they told me you are the man to solve it." Jin seated himself as well and leaned forward, curious to hear the man's story. "Proceed, Mr. Smith."
The guy began. "This trouble is a completely aggravating one." Jungkook interrupted, "We know." Mr. Smith became surprised. "How come you know, Mister?" "No one comes to a detective telling him that I actually have a completely faultless, stunning lifestyle. Like, Sorry to ask, But have you got common sense? No no, At least do you recognize basic sense?" Jungkook said rolling his eyes.
Jin glared at the younger and Jungkook shut his mouth. "I apologize on behalf of this boy." He, then leaned to whisper in Jungkook's ears. "Do you want me to throw you out of this house?" Jungkook widened his eyes and shook his head gesturing No. Jin, then turned to Mr. Smith. "Proceed, Mr. Smith."
The man nodded his head. "My bank lends money to people, Mr. Kim. Yesterday morning, I had a visitor, a very important man. I can't disclose his name but I can tell he is one of the most illustrious names in this country. My visitor was in urgent need of money. He informed me that he could have borrowed the amount from his well-placed acquaintances however he did not want to incur any obligation as it became unwise for a person of his position. I asked him when he could be capable of paying off the amount if I lent the cash to him. He answered that he would return it earlier than the subsequent Friday. I could have given him the cash from my personal pocket however this kind of big amount of cash was beyond my purse. I asked if he had any collateral to offer.
The man took out a jewel case and opened it. It had a stunning ornament inside it. He asked me if I had heard of the Scarlet Ornament. I told him I had. It is one of the most treasured public possessions of the British Empire and is rumored to be very expensive. Then he informed me the ornament was in fact the Scarlet Ornament. It was this that he planned to provide as a collateral. He additionally informed me that the necklace had 25 Red Garnet stones as sets of 5 were embedded in platinum corners and 150 small White Diamonds. The earrings had 3 Garnets and 21 Diamonds each. Mr. Smith showed a picture of the necklace to Jin. When Jungkook leaned towards Jin to take a look, Mr. Smith pulled the phone. Jungkook scoffed and stared at Jin. "Jin hyung, Tell this mad- I mean this man that I am your assistant and I have my own smartphone so, I have no need to steal his scratched phone." Jin glared at the younger and turned towards Mr. Smith, "I am sorry for his behavior but he is my assistant and you don't have to worry about him. You can show him the picture too." Mr. Smith showed his phone.
