Me : izuku has the same powers as Law and when he uses his abilities it only takes stamina and can not reduce any life force and he had became a vigilante and people look at him as a vigilante and some as a villain because he would always leave them In a critical condition or half dead and with their body parts in different areas from legs to arms to having them flap on the floor everywhere and always has been seen with his sword being seen but when the limps where seen cut off the person was still able to move there limbs and this is were and his life life before the powers

Me : izuku before his new life was abused by his father all might and mother inko and he did have a older brother who had been with him and he always looked after him so when izuku had ran off his brother had went with him because he saw how is brother was getting treated

Quirk: hyper gravity - it allows him to use his powers to make gravity up to 1000000 X times the normal strength and he has no drawbacks and can focus it to make it in 1 area and can make himself and others float
