Y/n P.O.V

I skip my way over to Tommy's house, I haven't seen him in a bit. I knock and open the door to see a Tommyinnit, covering something large behind his back.

"Hi Y/n! I didn't expect you to be here so early!" He rushed through his words.
"Ughh.... hi Tommy?"
"Sooooo... why are you here?"
"What is hiding behind your back?" A spider hisses, and Tommy sweats nervously.
"N-nothing."

I give him a parent look, crossing his arms.

"Yes Tommy. Nothing."
"Okay, FINE! You win."

He pulls the blanket off of the spider child. I raise an eyebrow at him.

"This, is Shroud. Our- um... child."
"OUR CHILD??" I exclaimed. Shroud shrunk behind Tommy, clinging onto him scared.

"Okay, I leave you alone for LESS THAN A DAY and you bring home our new kid."
"Yes..." He looked ashamed. He opened his mouth but I shut him up.

"Before you speak, why didn't you let me name him! Or her? I would have loved to name them!" This confused Tommy. I bent down at Shroud and let out my hand for them to take.

"So, you aren't mad?"
"Of course not! Why would I be mad at this little cutie?" I picked up Shroud in the middle of my sentence and started to nuzzle him, which got him to let out a happy spider noise.

Tommy smiled and hugged me and Shroud.

"Now, we have to get him a room, some clothes, toys-"
"I've been meaning to get that with you.."
"Aw, thanks for waiting on that for me Tommy." I sassed him. He rolled his eyes and gave a light peck on my cheek, then turning away red.

I smile and Shroud verbally shows his disgust as I kiss his cheek.

"Awww, it's like we are real parents that every kid hates to see kiss." I cooed. Tommy laughs.
"I love this."
"Oh just wait till teen years Tommy."
"We ARE teens, Y/n."
"I meant for SHROUD."
"He can't get that old quick."
"Ooh, just wait Toms." I flash him a quick smile.

"Now let's go give Shroud a real home."
"Yeah."

Even though we fought for a bit, we got Shroud a lovely room and a safe non-toxic home.
