It was cold. Very cold. The autumn breeze hit my skin like dozens of icy needles. It was late Autumn but it already felt like winter. Another bland day at school, the afternoon taken up with work and now, the walk home burning the last bit of energy I had.
Y/N was on my mind again. Her pretty smile would usually light up my whole day but this time, it wasn't a smile that was made for me. She was with him when her lips curved with joy. That smile only brought me pain.
I ate alone outside a convenience store. The ramen was tasty and the soju... well I don't usually drink but it burned the back of my throat so I kept drinking. I'm amazed the old man in the shop even allowed me to buy it.
Night blanketed the sky as I tried to relax. I was somewhat tipsy when I saw Y/N in the distance. I thought I was hallucinating because of all the alcohol till she came up to my table. She took the bottle from my hand and looked at me concerned. "Felix, why are you drinking? What's gotten into you?!"
"Why do you care anyway? Give back my bottle.." I slurred my words without thinking. Y/N just sighed and started walking away with the bottle. "Oi! Don't stealllll." I ran after her as she made me chase her to the beech. "Why are you doing this? Why aren't you hanging out with Hyunjin right now?! You don't even like me!" Fed up with everything, I just left, not caring about the soju at all.
On the way home, I felt like crying. My emotions were a mess, I just wanted Y/N to be mine.
