"Sorry about that, Loonie. I kind of lost it a little there. I think this may have been the first time you told me that you loved me. Quietly, I have already known this, but to actually hear it is something else." Blitzo stopped hugging his daughter.

She shrugged her shoulders and grimaced. "Maybe I should have told you earlier, I don't know."

"I forgive you, Loonie. I'm just glad that my job of taking care of you and providing for you has not gone unnoticed. Papers, no papers. You will always be my little puppy."

He choked and teared up a little.

Loona responded by tearing up a little as well. She hid her eyes behind her hair. "Okay, can we change the subject, please? This is a lot to handle."

His gentle, fatherly voice cradled her soul. "Yeah, we can. Be a little more truthful to me from now, okay? I am not your enemy."

"Yeah," Loona whined as her emotions got the best of her.

"Come here, honey." Blitzo quietly offered one last hug for the night. Loona began to sob as she kneeled down to grip onto her dad.

After the sentimental exchange between father and daughter ended, Loona headed back to her room to check up on you.

You were on your phone checking some new posts on Instagram.

"Loona," you whispered. "Where did you go? Is everything alright?"

"Yeah. I was just checking on Blitzo, that's all. I think whatever I said really affected him."

"Oh. How did that go?"

"It got emotional, but it all worked out for the better."

A comfortable smile appeared on your face. "I can tell... You just got done crying, did you?"

She sighed. "Yeah." Loona checked the time. "We have a couple more hours if you wanna cuddle some more."

"I don't care." You put your shirt and underwear back on, but left your pants on the floor.

So, for the next two hours, you and your new girlfriend held each other and gave yourselves little pecks on the cheek. Both of you whispered sweet nothings into each other's ears about how much one loved the other, and, perhaps, what the future might bring.

Eventually, the pitch black room lit up with your phone to tell you that it was thirty minutes before midnight.

The alarm pulled you both away from each other's romantic trance, and immediately thought about the unfinished business IMP must deal with.

Loona turned on her room light and opened her closet door. In the closet's corner, she grabbed a long, dark coat to wear as the night was particularly cold.

You carried on with getting dressed to by putting your pants back on and your hoodie.

Blitzo came to her room shortly after. "Come on, guys. Remember what I said. I would like to be at my office by midnight!"

"Ugh, I know, Blitz," Loona responded. "We're pretty much ready to go."

You, her, and Blitzo carried onward to the office in the company van. As soon as Blitzo unlocked the door to his Headquarters, the time struck midnight, at last. It was a cloudy night, so the atmosphere was void of any stars or the feeling of open space.

Long too far away came Moxxie and Millie in a vehicle of their own.

Blitzo flipped on the fluorescent lights and the three of you made their way to the meeting room to set up plans.

The silence that filled the room was loud. All eyes present lacked wakefulness, but it was not enough to inflict their judgement.

Moxxie and Millie break the silence by entering the room.

"Good evening, Sir. I- is that alcohol I smell? Have you been drinking?"

"Look, I don't poke into you two's personal lives, ok?"

M&M spoke over each other. "You kinda do, though."

"Okay, fine. A little bit. But to answer your question, drinking actually makes me even more sober than, well, sobriety."

He sighed. "Only you would sober up with alcohol, Sir."

"Okay, are we going to discuss plans, or are we going to bitch about how I live my life? Because if not, you can leave right now. I love you, Mox, but this is serious."

"Yeah, I understand," he responded.

"So, the first thought that came to my mind is who is going to be in charge of being a sniper. I have to confront this asshole face-to-face."

"How about I let sweet Mills do it? I wouldn't want to have my wife on the front lines to try and protect you, Sir. Besides, when we were 'tripping balls', I believe it is clear that deep down, we really have a liking for each other. And Millie is a good marksman, so its a win-win."

"Alright, that answers my second question. Loonie you stay a little bit behind us if things get messy. When I whistle for you, that would be your signal... Remember that. Y/N, since you are more up close and personal, I want you to be right next to me."

Blitzo hands you a specific coat decorated with a multitude of weapons ranging from shotguns to pistols. "Wear this, it will have everything you need."

"Yes, boss."

"Mox, you will be second in line. You will be more lightweight and dexterous for the enemies that slip away from our grasp."

"Uhm, okay?"

In the meeting room, the long desk that was usually in the middle was leaned up against the wall. For the next few hours or so, the crew began to suit up and cover their bodies with armor and weapons, bulletproof vests and rifle extensions.

Blitzo was not so foolish when it came to mysterious situations, however. He texted his royal boyfriend, Stolas, about the situation in vague detail.

"Hey, Stolas, if you do not get a text or call from me within an hour or two from now, please follow these coordinates: ██████ ███████ ███ ."

Stolas woke up moments after falling asleep. "Blitzie? Is there something wrong that I should be worried about?"

"I will explain later. For now, I am not in any real danger. But I might be if you do not do what I say."

"Yes, Blitzie. Do not worry, I have listened to every word you texted me so far, and will do what you ask of me."

"Okay, I'll text you back if I can. If I don't... you know what to do."

Blitzo got off the phone to draw his attention over to his coworkers. "Okay, gang, is everyone ready?"

"Yes, Sir!" Moxxie saluted with black streaks on his cheeks. "Ten-hut!"

The gang proceeded to leave the office geared up and prepared for the absolute most. Whatever the night threw at them. They locked the door to the office and piled into the company van.

After an hour long drive that took them out of the city and out onto an open field, the crew got out and loaded up their weapons with ammo.

"Y/N, if anything happens, I want you to have this. Just a little something to remember me on." Loona placed her earrings in your hand and covered it. As she was still holding your hand, she gave you a kiss on the lips. "I love you."

The location was a huge colosseum-like structure with a circular platform in the middle. In the stands, Millie finished setting up her sniper rifle.

At the end of the circular platform was a tall, dark figure which Blitzo and the crew stared onward at.

The figure stared back.
