HASTINAPURA
In the grand halls of the palace, Princess Dushala stood nervously. Her heart fluttering with a mixture of excitement and anxiety. She was about to leave for Kanyakul, a place where she knew no one, and the uncertainty weighed heavily on her young shoulders. Her eyes darted around the familiar surroundings of her home, seeking some comfort in the known.

Sensing her unease, Kunti approached Dushala with a warm smile. "Putri Dushala, I understand how you feel. It is always challenging to venture into the unknown. But Kanyakul is a wonderful place where you will make many new friends."

Dushala looked up at Kunti, her eyes wide with concern. "But I don't know anyone there, Kakishree. What if I can't make any friends?"

Kunti gently placed a reassuring hand on Dushala's shoulder. "You will do just fine, Putri. In fact, my brother's daughter, Subhadra, will also be at Kanyakul. She is very soft-spoken, and friendly. I am sure you two will get along wonderfully."

A spark of hope lit up in Dushala's eyes. "Subhadra? Do you think she will want to be my friend?"

Kunti smiled warmly. "I'm certain of it, Putri. She is just like you—full of warmth and kindness. You will make a wonderful friend in her."

Encouraged by Kunti's words, Dushala felt a surge of confidence. "Then I will make her my friend, Kakishree. Then I will not feel alone there."

Kunti nodded in agreement, her eyes filled with affection. "That’s the spirit, my dear. Now, go and take blessings from all the elders before you leave."

Dushala moved through the palace, gathering blessings from her family. Her mother, Gandhari, her father, Dhritarashtra and other elders bestowed their heartfelt wishes upon her, filling her with a sense of love and support. With each blessing, her nervousness eased a little more.

Finally, it was time to depart. With a heart filled with new hope and determination, Dushala bid farewell to her family and embarked on her journey to Kanyakul, looking forward to meeting her new friend Subhadra and embracing the adventures that awaited her.

DWARKA
At the entrance of Dwaraka, an air of poignant farewell hung heavily as Subhadra and Vrinda prepared to leave for Kanyakul. The sun shone brightly, casting long shadows that seemed to mirror the heavy hearts of those gathered to bid them goodbye. Tears glistened in the eyes of everyone present, reflecting the deep love and affection they held for the departing princesses.

Devaki, with her eyes brimming with tears, held Subhadra's hands tightly. "Subhadra, my dear, you are the heart of Dwaraka. How will we survive without you?" Her voice trembled with emotion, each word a testament to the deep bond between mother and daughter.

Subhadra, with a gentle smile, cupped Devaki's face tenderly. "Mata, you have given me the strength and love I need. I will always carry a part of Dwaraka with me in my heart. We will be reunited soon, and until then, I will write to you often."
