Always here for you (Demetri x reader)

Y/N POV
I flinched as the sound of glass shattering files the room, I looked over at the angry man in front of me.

Hawk

He was mad because he had seen me hanging out with Demetri, I never understood why but Hawk would let me hang out with anyone BUT Demetri and whenever I'd ask why he'd just tell me that it was none of my business and would storm off like the little bitch he is.

I was only hanging out with Demetri because Hawk was out all night with Tory partying and when I asked to join he told me no and then didn't talk to me for the rest of the night.

"You're such a slut y/n! I told you that you're not allowed to hangout with Demetri alone!" Hawk's voice boomed and I rolled my eyes in response.

He then proceeded to get in my face and grab me by my throat causing me to gasp a little bit. "Yeah see, just the slightest little thing gets you going I shouldn't even let you alone around other guys" I smelt alcohol on his breathe.

He pushed me down and then walked to the other side of the room "god you're so pathetic. I can't believe that I'm with a whore like you." He went on, usually I'm into talking like this but this time it hurt.

I felt tears form in my eyes as I stood up "I trust you alone with Tory all the time!" I began to argue with him "I don't say anything I don't do anything I just let it happen!" I began to break down.

“You are such an insecure and jealous bitch!” Those words caused me to flinch and I watched as regret visibly showed on his face, I ran out of the house as Hawk yelled my name.

Luckily it was a very warm night because usually it was pretty cold, so I began to walk. I did not know where I was going but all I knew was that I wanted to get away from Hawk and his bullshit. I honestly wanted to deck him in the face.

I crossed my arms over my chest as I walked until I found myself in front of the convenience store that was in the same strip as the Cobra Kai dojo. I stepped inside and began to walk around until I found the candy. The man at the cashier had watched me closely, I guess I looked suspicious to him.

I grabbed y/f/c (your favorite candy) and went up to the cashier and paid before exiting the store and sitting on the walkway as I opened the candy and began to eat it. I did not know what to do, I really did not. I stared at the pavement as I ate the candy and suddenly I saw a pair of shoes.

I looked up slowly and my eyes met Demetri’s, he smiled at me and I weakly smiled back. “Hey” he spoke softly as he sat next to me but not too close of course. “What are you doing here?” I questioned and he looked down at his hands. “I just came down here to get some candy but I saw you and you looked upset and me cheering you up is way more important than candy to be honest."

I smiled a bit and looked at him “well thank you I appreciate it” I looked away and he went onto his phone. “I am guessing that you have seen Hawk’s instagram story” he scrolled through his feed and I looked at him confused. “Huh? What? No.” I was confused.

I opened up Instagram once I unlocked my phone and went straight to Hawk's story. It was a video of him with Tory….kissing her neck and her smiling at the camera biting her lip.

I sighed and placed my phone in my pocket then covered my face "I always knew something was going on but I didn't wanna seem like a jealous bitch" I admitted and Demetri put his arm around me.

"I'm so sorry y/n" he held me for a little bit before he stood up and offered me his hand "here let's go it my place" I grabbed his hand and we headed back to his house.

We got to his house and he let me in first before he came in behind me and shut the door.

We went up to his room and he immediately went to his dresser where he pulled out a hoodie of his and tossed it to me.

I caught it and smiled softly "Is it cool if I take a quick shower?" I questioned and he smiled "of course you don't even have to ask" he responded and I nodded before heading to the bathroom.

Demetri's Pov
I sighed as I sat on my bed. I'm always the one the girl runs to when they have a problem but never the one they actually want.

I laid back when suddenly my phone rang and I looked down at it to see it was Eli trying to FaceTime me.

I took a deep breath before I answered "yes?" I questioned and he immediately started yelling "is the whore at your house!?" He slurred and my blood began to boil "If you're referring to y/n then yes. They're here." I admitted with an annoyed tone.

“I fucking knew it!” he screamed and his face turned red causing me to laugh because honestly it was funny how insecure he was when it came to me being around y/n. “Yeah. bye Moskowitz” I hung up the phone and threw it to the side of the bed I was not on.

I waited for what felt like forever til y/n had come into the room wearing my hoodie and the pants they were in whenever I ran into them. They looked amazing. I had to admit that.

I watched as they came over to me and laid next to me and eventually they had ended up cuddling up to me which I of course had put my arms around them and put their head to their chest.

This was nice, they smelled nice as well, I played with their hair even though it was wet. There was complete silence until y/n spoke up. “Thank you Demetri...you’re a great friend”. I frowned a little bit now knowing that y/n had no feelings towards me since they had pretty much just friendzoned me.

“No problem y/n...I will always be here for you” I spoke softly, still playing with their wet hair as I looked at the ceiling and I eventually fell asleep.

I was woken up by the sound of motorcycles revving and I jolted up and checked the time it was 4:24 AM I looked over at y/n who was somehow still asleep.

I went over to the window and saw who was causing the noise, it was Eli and his friends...including Tory.

I looked back at y/n before running downstairs and out the front door, I was immediately greeted by Eli and I backed up a little bit “Leave.” I demanded which had caused Eli to smirk “Make me.” He challenged me and I sighed as I got ready to fight.

I would fight for y/n whether if I knew I would lose or not.
