Kakashi x Reader

"Jesus Christ move your ass Yae, I'm starving!", I said while pulling her away from Obito. "Please hurry before Sensei Minato comes. I did horrible in the Shuriken training and I don't want him to make me train any longer-", it was too late, he was right behind me. I could feel him glaring at me from behind. "I see how it is y/n and yes I'm going to make you stay longer again today. We've been practicing this for so long, you're quite behind just because of this. You should let Kakashi finally help you.", he said looking at me with a disappointed face. "What? I would never let a self centered person like him, help me and think he's better." Minato starts to get very frustrated and sighs, "I don't care anymore. You're staying here till your arms fall off with Kakashi. That's an order and if you disobey me you can kiss your Jonin title goodbye." He walks away and Yae gives me a look, that if put into words would say, "I'm sorry" and walks away with Obito.

I think to myself, how will Kakashi even know he needs to help me, he didn't come to training today. I've never really liked him, or that's what I tell myself. I used to have a crush on him when we were training to become young ninjas. We both had pretty bad pasts. Both our parents are dead and we've always been alone, until we found Obito and Yae. I met Yae in school and so did Kakashi and Obito. We weren't assigned in same groups though sadly. Yae and me we're in a team with Guy, who we love a lot. Kakashi and Obito were in a team with Rin, and no one likes Rin. She always thought higher of herself for coming from a rich family. Sadly Obito had fallen in love with her, while Yae had a crush on him...But Rin passed away in a mission against Oromichmaru a long time ago. I didn't care much to be honest and Yae didn't either. Obito was heartbroken and Kakashi was also a bit sad, I mean she was their partner and even a friend, if you could call her that. Obito has sort of moved on I think but I'm not quite sure, since I do see him flirt with Yae a lot, but he still visits Rin's grave often. Death is everywhere in my life if I think about it-. My train of thought gets interrupted when I feel someone poking my shoulder. "Y/n? Y/N!?" I turn around to see Kakashi looking at me with a worried face. "Fuck sorry I wasn't quite there...", I apologise. He shrugs and walks to the training area.

"Okay let's get this over with", he says looking at me, "how about you start with the basic stance...". I follow his instructions annoyed, put my legs in the right position and straighten my arms getting my Shuriken ready. "Wait, wait...you're not supposed to hold your arms up in that angle. Look I'll show you", he walks over to me and stands behind me, putting my arms in the right position. He's pretty close behind me. I look at his arms on mine and notice how toned they are. Then I feel him shift his hands to my hips. What the fuck is he doing. He pushes my hips further to the left. One of his hands slides up my back and the other stays at my hip, "okay, now breathe in like this and throw the Kunai while using your Chakra.", he says to me as if he's not all up in my business. Yet I still do as he says, I breathe in and out, then focus all my Chakra on my hands and throw the Kunai. It hits the middle of the tree 30 meters away and I jump up and turn around to Kakashi. "FUCK, I finally did it, oh my god!", I say to him with a little smile on my face. Even though he has a mask on, I can tell he is grinning at me. Why does he look so good right now? I've always kind of wondered what his face looked like...was he super ugly, was his nose really big, was he missing some teeth or was he really handsome? Nevermind, I just hit my first perfect target. "Kakashi, I know we aren't really close or anything, but can I please invite you to some ramen or something. I couldn't have done this without you. It's a Friday evening and I'm sure you're just going to go and read those books of yours like always.", Kakashi is about to say something, when Yae and Obito suddenly show up.

They look...drunk? "Y/N MOVE YOUR ASS. SHIKAMARU IS THROWING A PARTY", says Yae giggling with Obito. I look at Kakashi and he shrugs with his shoulders, "fine by me." I nod at him and we all go to the party.
