"Get up!" I hear a voice say as I'm kicked in the ribs again and all I can do is remember how I got here...

{Rewind: Twelve Hours Earlier}

"Haaaa!" I say as I complete my workout for the morning before heading out only to see everyone lazing about with Wally speeding around the place...we'll that's how it was until everyone saw me and froze in fear.

"So you Welps finished your workouts correct?" I say as I glare at everyone as they start to get nervous.

"And where is Canary?" I ask only to hear...

"Hey guys where is the...." Canary stops once she seems me as I glare at her with my eye twitching.

"Training Room...NOWWW!" I yell as everyone runs there as I just stand there looking at the mess.

"So you welps think because you are here that you can do whatever you want correct!" I say as everyone keeps their heads down.

"Good, I've been wanting to punch someone!" I say as everyone shivers in fear as I look at Dinah who steps forward.

"Bring it!" I say as she runs at me only to get round house kicked in the jaw knocking her down.

"Next..." I say as I give everyone a beating they'll remember before they all leave to clean up their messes and finish their work outs for the day as I just watch and smile.

"A-001: Batman Acknowledged!"

"A-002: Wonder Woman Acknowledged!"

After hearing that two leaguers have appeared we all lineup in preparation for them to enter.

"Stand down!" Batman says as him and Wonder Woman enter room smirking at how I trained them.

"Congrats you have your first team mission!" Wonder Woman says proudly.

After following my father to the Monitor he goes over the mission details.

"Night Wing your team will rendezvous with a team of mutants known as the X-men and together you will be infiltrating an island that is housing a lab that experiments and tortures mutants under the orders of a man that goes by Stryker!" Batman says as we all read the mission details.

"Now on this island it will be difficult because Stryker has a full army guarding it with rough terrain and dense forest surrounding the island, but thankfully Y/n your old friend Logan has joined the X-men so he could help with that!" Wonder Woman says as I smile at seeing Logan again as dad pouts a little knowing that I see Logan as a father-figure.

"Go get suited up, you leave to meet the X-men in ten minutes!" Batman says as the team and I get dressed before leaving for the Xavier School for the Young and Gifted.

{Jean Grey POV:}

"Scott he's on his way!" I say excitedly while pulling Scott towards the entrance.

"I know Jean, I know I do lead this team y'know" Scott says sarcastically while Jean only rolls her eyes.

"Kids!" They both hear a gruff voice say and realize it was Logan and Jean automatically stops and runs up to Logan before Logan.

"Logan he is almost here!" Jean says excitedly as Logan face morphs from a glare at the red head into a excited smile upon hearing about his son in all but blood.

"We better get a move on then!" Logan says as he and Jean walk out to the front only to come face to face with the man they have been waiting for with Jean running up and hugging him with Logan walking up with a big smile before pulling the kid in for a bear hug to which the same kid returned the hug.
