School ended. nothing interesting happened for the rest of the classes.
I headed for the cafe nearby since i was a part time worker there. I still had time before my shift starts so i walked slowly.I looked around and noticed that the cherry blossom trees planted in the neighbourhood had started to bloom. I'm not sure why but looking at them makes me feel happy and calm, it takes my worry and pain i've had away for a while. But even if i did feel happy, i never could strike a smile.
I looked at my watch and saw that i only had ten minutes before my shift started, so i started running there.
Rushing through the cafe doors,managing to reach on time,I went to the back room and kept my bag in one corner. Wearing my uniform which was a black and red checkered apron, I started working on the orders which were written on the post it stuck on the fridge by one of the other staff here, Soyeon.
I was working on one of the drinks when I heard the doorbell ring. I turned my head to the direction of the door and saw a girl with straight shoulder length hair and a natural yet pretty face enter the cafe and head towards the counter. She seemed introverted and someone who doesn't smile much, like me.
She ordered her drink and turned to find a table while she waits. She chose a table at the corner of the cafe beside the window and sat down with her cheeks on her palms and looked outside the window.
I was staring at her when soyeon suddenly snapped her fingers on front of me to get my attention.
"Hey! You okay?" She asked me.
"Yeah, I'm fine"I told her in a soft whisper but loud enough for her to hear.
"Kay, then could you prepare a matcha latte and serve it to that pretty customer in that corner there?"
i nodded my head in response and went to the kitchen to work on the order.
Finishing the drink with some whipped cream. I put it on the tray,holding both the sides of it carefully in order to not drop it, since i tend to be a little clumsy, i quickly went to serve it to the girl since she had been waiting for quite some time now.
"Here you go, have a good day" i told her,smiling a little, just little, in order to be polite.
She stook a sip of the drink and smiled at me back showing her perfect teeth at me.
i felt happy seeing her teethy smile and headed back to the kitchen for my break.

My shift was over now so I took of my apron,grabbed my backpack and headed out, waving at soyeon.
I unlocked the door to my apartment, and ran straight to the couch to take some rest, I didn't even bother locking my door.
After a good 15 minutes of sitting on the couch and doing nothing. I stood up and put everything in it's place.
I took a shower and changed into my comfy PJ's and headed to the kitchen to make some dinner. I opened my fridge and took a cup of noodles,heated it and slurped it until the last drop of soup.
Cleaning everything up I took my books out my bag and sat at my desk to complete my homework.
Music is a must for me whenever I study. It helps me so much.
So I took out my phone and looked through my playlists and played one that I really like.

I finished all my assignments and homework by 1 am. I was so sleepy the whole time. I kept my desk as it was and threw my whole body on my bed. Switching the lamp off, i instantly dozed off to sleep.

It was only 6 in the morning when the stupid alarm went off and ruined my sleep. Throwing the alarm towards my closet door i tried to go back to sleep but I couldn't I kept twisting and turning and after ten minutes of trying I got up,made my bed and headed to the bathroom. It was a Saturday for goodness sake. I was trying to regain the sleep I had lost the past week due to school projects and assignments.
Taking a cold shower and switching into my hoodie. I went towards my desk to plan out my day. I don't usually do this but since I woke up early I thought of being productive for once.
I was planning to pay a visit to the children's home for quite some time now and finally got the time to do so.
I'm going there to meet my little brother, Jungwoo. I got him to join there since I didn't have enough money to pay for the needs of another person as well. My apartment was not that big for two people either.
I didn't want him to go through what I had.
After my mom passed. A few strangers who saw us walking on the streets alone without knowing what we were doing had us stay at an orphanage nearby.
My experience staying at that orphanage was traumatizing. The staff there treated me and my brother like animals. Mostly me. They gave us little food,made us clean up the place and beat us up to death. Since Jungwoo was only 4 that time, I was the one who they beat the sh*t out of the most.
When I turned 14, I ran away from there taking my brother along with me. I still remeber that night as we were running as fast as we could on the street,holding hands.
My memories are still blurred after that night, I still don't know how we both managed to survive.
