Day 6 : The Forger Family

(Also, trying out a second pov thing, not sure if thats good or not so tell me what you think!)

If you were to ask anyone what they thought about the Forger family, they would say something along the lines of "The Forgers are a bit peculiar, but they are nice people. "

At first you might think, "peculiar? How? " That's when you realize why.

You look at the large dark castle on top of the hill. And for whatever reason, there was a dark cloud above despite it being sunny everywhere else. And if that wasn't enough, there was a cemetery right next to it too. You check the paper with the address. And looked at the building. Yup. That's the right address.

You gulp and take a deep breath. You need to do this. For the school project.

You ring the doorbell, which was just a loud horn, and after a few seconds,  someone opened the door. Oh, it must be Anya's father!

"Oh, hello. You must be Anya's classmate. I'm Anya's father, Loid. Come on in, Anya is currently bathing her pet wolf, Bond, so please sit in the living room." The tall man lets you in.

Wolf? Oh, it must be her dog! Maybe it's an inside joke or something? Who knows.

"Thank you for having me." You enter, the man seemed nice, he was dressed like a vampire though, so that was a tad bit strange. Mr. Forger lead you to the living room, which was interesting, to say the least. There was a two-headed turtle taxidermy and a moose head with one lopsided antler that was hung over the fireplace, a polar bear skin rug that growls when you step on it and other curious items.

"What lovely decorations." You say, just like mother says, just because you don't get their taste, doesn't mean you should be rude.

"Oh, why thank you. Anya is still busy with bathing her pet wolf, would you mind waiting for a bit? "Mr Forger asks.

"Of course not. Mind If I go look around the house for a little bit? " You ask, it might be rude to intrude, but this house seemed ... Unique.

"Of course you can, I don't see a problem with that. Oh, but don't go too far. Anya's room is upstairs, the first door to the right. I'll go call Anya and tell her you're here. " Mr Forger left.

You wandered around the big house looking around. That's when you smell a peculiar smell wafting from what seems to be the kitchen. As you enter the room, you see a tall woman, dressed in full black from top to bottom ( except for her red eyes) . Ah,his must be Anya's mother!

"Hm? Oh hello there, you must be here for Anya aren't you? " You nod. "Well, I'm Yor Forger, Anya's mother. "

"Nice to meet you. " You say, giving a small smile.

"While waiting for Anya, would you mind helping me finish cooking? "

"Of course I don't mind Mrs. Forger! "

"Could you hand me the black vial in front of you? "

You grab the vial and hand it to her.

"A little dash of Eye of newt makes all my recipes better. Now, For the final ingredient, Henbane. " The woman reached out to grab it when a hand came out of a box, grabbing the item she was looking for, before handing it to her. "Why thank you thing. " She says, before grabbing the bottle off of "thing".
