The fullbottles when empty are able to suck up the monster dna in a human making them just a human who doesn't who they are. Can also do this with metahuman dna but does not make them have no memories. This is only for people who have extremely powerful meta powers. As it takes a lot to full and doesn't stop, this causes the bottle to take any dna as long as it is full, but it is smart technology and tries to only take what isn't normal in a human's body.

Summon any rider belt by saying the Rider's name. Comes with all gimmicks. Now there we go.
He doesn't know about the rider belts for a little while.
