Pebble sat there, her bowl almost empty,
"I could write a checklist,"
She thought,
"Nah, I'd ditch it after I miss something."

After thinking for quite some time, Bird ran over to the couch and jumped up on Pebbles lap.
'Mraw'
"Hi!"
'Mrrm'

He curled up on her lap, almost sliding down onto the couch.
Pebble gave him a good scritch on his chin and he began to purr.

Bird meowed and chirped, demanding more affection,
'Mrao!'
"Oh yeah? What was that?"
'Mow!'
"Mhm."

"Hey, Bird, think I should go down to the creek later?"
As cats do, he just looked up at her, Purring as she pet him.
"I'll find a good rock for you"

After a bit of petting a cat, and some mundane activities such as doodling in notebooks, counting bells on a winter decoration, and folding shirts, it was finally daylight out.

Pebble put on her boots, she left some food in Birds bowl, left out his toys, and set off.
"Goodbye, Bird, I'm going to down to the creek for a bit!"

She walked through the woods, until the clearing was visible. She walked down to the shallow Rock filled water, set a towl down on some dry grass, and started picking up rocks.

Smooth rocks, flat rocks, large rocks, small rocks, anything that seems interesting.

She dried the rocks she found on the towel and dropped them in the satchel around her waist.

She scanned the creek clearing for any interesting stuff to take with her,
She saw a small snail on a rock sticking out of the water.
She carefully stepped over to the little mollusk and gently picked it up by the shell. She took the small thing to a safe spot covered in flora.

After foraging by the water, she started leaving with a haul of around 10 interesting rocks, a few clumps of moss, some small sticks, a couple of loose bird feathers, and a small jar of creek water.

It was about 7 am by now, she had spend a good hour and a half out there.

Omce she had made it home, she opened the door and heard the excited steps of Bird coming to greet her.
