Chapter 9 - "I'm worried about her."

Rosé: "There's a lot of subjects to review! This is so hard!" She exclaimed.

Lisa: "I know! I don't even know if I remember anything! Reviewing for the preliminary exam is hard!" She said while acting like she's about to cry.

Jennie: "Just focus on one subject at a time. You guys are smart. I'm sure you will do well on your exams." She said, not looking at them. She's focused on the book she's reading.

Lisa: "And, why is Jisoo Unnie not even reviewing?" She pouted. She was looking at Jisoo who's at the corner of the room fiddling with her phone.

Jisoo: "I don't need to do that cause I'm a genius you know!" She laughed loudly.

Jennie: "Hey, keep your voice low. It says " Keep Silence". Don't you see?" She said irritated while pointing at the reminder posted on the wall.

Jisoo: "Okay, okay. Sorry." She chuckled.

Rosé: "We're so jealous that Unnie is super smart, she doesn't need to review or even go through her notes." She said pouting.

Jisoo: She's smiling. "Oh well!" She said, feeling proud of herself. "But Jennie is right. Just focus on one subject at a time. You guys will do well, that's for sure!" She said, assuring her friends that they will be okay.

After a couple of minutes, Jimin, Jungkook, Suga, and Taehyung came.

Jimin: "Hey ladies!" He said, keeping his voice low. He sat beside Rosé.

Jungkook got a chair and sat beside Lisa and Suga to Jennie. Without saying anything, Taehyung walked straight towards Jisoo and sat beside her at the corner. The rest didn't mind his action as that's the only seat available on their table.

Jungkook: "Looks like you guys are busy." He said.

Lisa: "We are! We're so nervous about the exams." She answered.

Rosé: "How about you guys?" She asked the boys.

Jimin: "We're done reviewing our notes. We're ready! " He said, then wink at Rosé.

Suga: "Review? You literally just scan your notes which took you 5 minutes. Just 5 minutes!" He said in his usual serious face.

Jimin: "Hey dude! Don't say that in front of my girl." He said with frustration. Hearing this made Rosé blushed. "Anyway, let me help you review your notes, my lady." He said, facing Rosé.

Jungkook: "Let me help you too." He said to Lisa. While Suga and Jennie were minding their own business too.

Seeing his friends busy with their own business, Taehyung opened a book, put it in front of him and got a pen and a paper, and started writing. This caught Jisoo's attention.

Jisoo: "Closer?" She whispered after reading what Taehyung had written on the paper which he was showing to her intentionally. She frowned as she didn't understand what he meant. He started writing again.

Jisoo: She saw what he wrote on the paper. "COME CLOSER" Her eyes grew bigger as she read it. "What?!!" She said loudly which caught the attention of the others. They were looking in Jisoo's direction. Taehyung also looked at her at his side, trying not to show any emotions so the rest won't suspect them.

Jennie: "What do you mean what?" She asked.

Jisoo: She suddenly felt awkward. "Ah, no-nothing!" She stuttered. "I mean. What. What time is our next class again?" She asked, acting as if she didn't know.

Jennie: "Ah. 2 PM. That's 30 mins from now." She simply responded.

Jisoo: "Oh-okay. Now I remember." She was forced to smile, feeling embarrassed. She tried not to look at Taehyung and simply fixed her chair which made her sit closer to Taehyung.
