Chapter 12 - "Meet my girlfriend, Kim Jisoo!"

A week has passed since the incident when Jisoo passed out. It was a usual Friday at school. It's 2 PM. Jisoo and Jennie were sitting in the school's park waiting for the next class to start.

Jennie: "Oh, Jisoo. About what happened last week. I just thought about how difficult it is for you. I know you love him so much but I can't just stop thinking about how much you need to suffer because of your love for him." She started. "I mean you over and over get hurt because of him and you can't even use your spell and those magics whenever he's around because that would make you weak." She continued.

Jisoo: She took a deep breath. "Hmm. I know. You know that we can't change that. There's nothing we can do." She answered.

Jennie: She was lost for words for a moment. "How about the cure? You said that bad witch told you that there's a cure, right?" She asked. "That bitch! I hate her!" She said with an angry tone before Jisoo could even answer her question.

Jisoo: "Cure?" She paused a bit, thinking. "I forgot about that already. I did my research for a long time; I searched every book that may say anything about it; tried finding people who might help-" She sighs deeply. "But none of that helps." She continued while looking afar.

Jennie: She took a deep breath. "I'm sorry to hear that, Chu." She answered.

Jisoo: "It's alright. Maybe there are things which we can't do anything about. All we can do is to accept it." She said, showing a dim smile.

It's Saturday afternoon. The boys were hanging out.

Jimin: "Where is Taehyung? We're supposed to meet at 1 but it's now 2 PM!" He exclaimed, raising his eyebrow.

Jungkook: "Oh yeah. Where is he?" He added.

RM: "Taehyung, that guy is mysterious. Most of the time he's quiet, serious, and unpredictable. Sometimes he makes me think that he's hiding something from us." He stated.

Jhope: "He's hiding something? Maybe not? But I think what's obvious is that he seems to be not interested in any girls." He said.

Jin: "Or maybe it's both?" He said with his hand on his chin, trying to think. "But you know Jhope is right. I mean he's the 2nd handsome guy in our group. A lot of girls in school are dying to date him. They're even the ones showing interest in him but he never entertains any of them." He added.

Suga: "And, who's the most handsome here?" He questioned. Not even commenting on what he said about Taehyung.

Jin: "Yah! Do you even need to ask that?!" He said in frustration. "Of course it's me. Cause I'm worldwide handsome!" He smirked.

Suga: He shook his head. "This conversation is going nowhere." He sighs deeply. Jin stood up and acted as if he's about to confront Suga but RM stopped him.

RM: "Hey, that's enough!" He said. "Maybe we just need to call him and ask where he is." He suggested.

Jungkook: "Good idea Hyung!" He agreed. "Let me call him using my new number. Let's see if he will answer and maybe we can play a prank on him." He smiled playfully.

Suga: "Tss! He barely answers your call whenever you call him, what makes you think that he will pick up the phone this time?" He commented.

Jhope: "Hmm. He's right. We will never know though unless we try. So how about we bet if he will answer or not?" He said, smiling.

Jimin: "Deal! My bet is he will answer the call!" He said with excitement.

Jungkook: "Me too!" He added. Jhope agreed as well while Jin, RM, and Suga said no. "Alright! It's time!" He was smiling ear to ear while dialing Taehyung's number. He placed the call on a loudspeaker so everyone could hear it.
