Chapter 3- The Thing Inside The Bedroom

-"Where the hell even are we........This place is freaky........"-

Evan leads you deeper into the forest as you follow, close behind. 

"Do you know what that thing was" Evan said like he knew the answer, waiting for you to answer.

"I don't know, what?" 

"A nightmare" He said

"Yeah, got that already"

"I'm trying to find out where they came from and how many are there"

Silence filled the air as you walk towards a fence, then you approach a house. It had a cottage look with lots of overgrown weeds covering most of the bottom half. A massive boulder covered the left bottom window, The roof has a hole in it and it's starting to crumble some more as you too both approach closer.

Evan opens the door and walks in, holding the door open for you. You walk in and see all of the things in side of the little cottage. The floor is made of a stone tiles and carpet in some rooms. The walls are starting to rot. 

"This place looks old" You say, looking around

"Yeh, I acculary lived here. This is my home." 

As you keep looking, you see two hallways. You walk down one of the and see a door. Going to open the door Evan stops you.

"Please, don't go in there" He said frightened.

"Why, what's in there" You say, acting cocky.

"Something you don't want to see".

You rip your hand from the door handle, like it was made of fire. Then you put you ear to the door and hear a loud, scary scratching noise. 'A racoon, no it's sounds too big to be a racoon' 

"Let's just get moving." Evan says, scaring you.

"sorry" He replies quickly.

Following him into the backyard of the small house and ito this shed. Evan grabs some things from a box under the desk and gives them to you.

"put these on" 

They seen to be lightweight body armor, the same armor he was wearing. You look you the window of the shed and out onto the house. Looking into another window of the house you see a shadow move, then a pair of eyes.

Bright, red, angry eyes. 

Eyes of red and they were coming from the bedroom.

The same bedroom, you heard the scratching.

There was someTHING in there.

Something dead, but alive.
