Chapter 4- Escaped

 -"Why is this thing here.....What does it want.........Does it want me?"-

Staring into the beast eyes, you tap Evan and he sees what you see. He pulls you down so you under the window.

"What is that thing" you whisper to Evan

"Something I didn't want you to see" 

"What is that thing" You repeat, trying to get an answer.

"It's the thing that keeps trying to kill me, when i was little. It would always come for me when everyone was asleep. I never got much sleep as a kid."

"I'm sorry" You say

"It's not your fault" He responds " Well let's get everything ready so we can go. The sooner the better"

"Yeah. Let's"

You grab a bag from under the desk and start to grabs things to put in the bag. You grab some sort of small box full of bullets, nails and bolts. Evan hands you a clump of fabric that looks like bandages. He also opens a draw and chucks you a couple bars and ration packets. There is some nice sounding foods like curry and rice, but there is also stuff like porridge.

  As your getting read to leave you hear some break. You hear a glass shatter from the house and a door smash. It sounded like it came from the bedroom. Evan starts to shake.

The thing has escaped from the bedroom.

(Writer's Notes: Sorry this chapter was a little short, I have to do lots of school work for my assignments and stuff. Just remember to drink some water and get some sleep if you can)
