I enjoy writing from Gabriel's point of view! P.S. I hope you like Jess by the end of the chapter...
(Gabriel's POV)
The instant Sam and Gabriel walked into the library, they were greeted by Jess.
"Hey Gabriel! And hi Sam," she gave Sam the sweetest smile possible and dragged him over to an empty table. Gabriel trudged behind them, suddenly feeling very empty.
How could someone as smart as Sam be so stupid and blind? She's so annoying! Gabriel sighed very loudly. They were talking about school assignments and they both looked equally excited to be studying. They would probably go on dates just to study. And not like those dates where you say you're going to study but you eventually end up making out on a couch, but a legitimate date where all they did was read for hours. Maybe they are perfect for each other...
"...maybe work on our history project first?"
"That sounds good, Jess. Hey, Gabe! Wanna work on our history projects for a bit?"
"Yeah sure... wait we have a history project?"
Sam laughed and walked over to Gabriel. "Yeah, for American history, it's about our government and we're studying the 1920s now. I know you're new here, so I can help you find some books if you'd like?"
"Yeah I'd like that." Gabriel hadn't been listening, mostly just staring into Sam's eyes. But he'd do anything to get Sam alone for a few minutes, even just to look for books.
"Great!" Sam smiled and turned back to Jessica, "Meet back here in five minutes?"
Jess didn't seem too thrilled to be by herself, but she nodded. "Okay, see you in a bit. I'll look upstairs and you two can look downstairs." She walked over to the stairs and Sam and Gabe were by themselves. Finally!
Gabriel was staring at Sam-he hoped he wasn't drooling. Sam occupied all of Gabe's thoughts. It took one friggin' day!
"C'mon!" Sam seemed way too excited about this. But it's okay because they were alone and Sam was dragging him to the history section. Sam was going on and on about some president and anything about the '20s he could think of, but Gabriel was only paying attention to one thing:
Sam Winchester was holding his hand.
(Jessica's POV)
As soon as Jess got to the stairs and out of sight of the boys, she pulled out her phone. Grinning, she called her best friend, who answered almost immediately.
"Jess! What's going on, my little Hermione?"
"Hey Charlie. Listen, I have big news!"
"I'm all ears."
"So I'm at the library with Sam and-"
"You mean the hunk you've been crushin on all semester?! Keep going!"
"Yeah, well, I'm with him and this other guy, Gabriel. And yeah, I like Sam, but Gabriel literally will not stop staring at him. There's heart eyes! It's so freaking cute."
"Oh! My! GODS!" Charlie screamed into the phone. Then she started having a fangirl attack, and made some unusual noises into Jess' ear. "So, are you okay with that?" Charlie asked when she could talk.
"Actually...yeah! I am. Charlie, I ship it."
"Me too! The good ship Sabriel has set sail! Now go spy on them, see if they kiss or something."
