The sound of the door of his room.
Ramdam ko ang matahimik na lugar na ito. Kahit naman umaga, hapon at lalo na sa gabi, walang bago.
Pwera nalang kung may magwawala nanaman na pasyente.
As I open the door, may nakasunod sa akin na assistant nurse but I put my hands into him that signifies to stop him.
" ako nalang.." sabi ko and I smile
" You sure sir?"
I just nodded and he just bow and leave
Nilibot ko ang aking mga mata.
Nagulat ako, malinis ang kanyang kwarto di gaya nung huling punta ko. It was a months ago.
Magulo, makalat at may mga basag na baso at pinggan.
Ngayon, parang bagong tao ang nanatili dito.
I saw him sitting on his bed.
Kahit yung kumot na nakatiklop.
Mas lalo akong kinabahan, is this my brother?
Nagkamali ata ako ng kwarto na pinasukan?
I saw many books sa ibabaw ng lamesa na malapit sa kanyang higaan.
I dont see clearly kung anong uri ng mga libro ang mga ito, but all of it was thick.
Looks like, he's studying..
Maybe that's a good idea. It will let him a lot.
I slowly walks into him and he turn his head to me
" Hyung.." as he said and stand
"How are you?"
As he quickly walks into me and hugged me
I feel his loneliness
I cried
He too.
"Kamusta ka? " My broken voice
" Nararamdaman kong gumagaling nako hyung.. gusto kona lumabas dito" as he said and look at me while putting his two hands into my face.
He's crying
I feel him , his longing into the outside world na kinagisnan nating lahat
I feel like i hugged my young brother back then. Para kaming bumalik sa pagkabata
"Kai, i will promise, ilalabas kita dito, but the first thing we need to do is, to make sure that you're totally healed" as I said as my tears slowly fell down into my cheeks
He just nodded and wipe his tears
And medyo lumayo sya saakin
Kayang kaya ko naman sya ilabas dito even hindi pa napapatunayan based sa records nya na okay na sya pero nag aalala ako sa kanya
Na baka makagawa nanaman sya ng hindi maganda lalo na at sobrang parin ang pagkagusto nya sa babae na yon.
