A blanket of melancholy yet the lingering footsteps were the opposite. Cold as ice was the weather but their smiles were warm as fire.

"Wait, wait." Rosé laughed, hunching backwards as she covered her mouth. Jimin looked down at her, eyes full of adoration of the girl he loved with all his heart. He looked through his squinted eyes, watching how her eyes also similarly shaped to his as she looked at him. It was midnight, a full moon glowing in the sky.

The lover's were heavily clothed from head to toe. Hands were mittened and a soft-looking snow hat were cupping their heads, both dressed in a thick coat to warm themselves during the night of winter.

"Cute." The words simply left his lips as he went over to embrace her once again. His mittened hand reached over to hers, pulling it closer to his and putting it in the hole of his sweater. "Warm enough?" He asked softly. Rosé laid her head on his chest, eyes closed as she took in his warmth. She hummed before pulling away.

"We still haven't finished the video. Let's go watch what we managed to do," She stated, pointing towards her phone which was laid on faraway bench, the video recording still going on. Jimin grinned, "I think it will look good." He exclaimed. Rosé raised a brow, "But I fell on the snow halfway through it,"

"It's fine. You look cute with bits of snow stuffed on your face either way."

Rosé huffed and the couple made their way to the bench. Jimin huddled closer to her, crooning the tune of song that faintly played while they waltzed through the night. "But I swear, it'll look good. Who cares if it's bad? The memories in it will be worth looking at in the future." Jimin responded, pulling Rosé in front of with his hands around her, holding the phone to watch. The video then began, starting with the couple at a distance standing opposite each other before they started moving their feet along the beat but at a point, Rosé accidentally stepped on her foot and tripped, face landing firm on the solid ice below her. Jimin muffled a laugh as he then picked her up and brushed off the snow on her face. And from there, it stopped.

"I look awful but I guess we can keep it for memories." Rosé remarked. Jimin frowned and turned her to him, "No darling, you look beautiful and cute in it." Rosé rolled her eyes, blushing before she bent down and rolled a ball of snow.

"Shut up," She huffed before tossing the snowball on his face. Jimin screeched as he felt himself falling backwards from the impact. His lover had a cocky grin as she started to ran away. "Catch me if you can!" She yelled, picking up another snowball to hurl it at her boyfriend.

Jimin snickered, standing up. "Oh, it's on." He too, dodged the upcoming snowball and made his own, running after the girl. "Stop right there!"

The night slowly faded as laughs increased. Over the milky snow that settled silently inked their footsteps as history. May they fade, but not the memories gathered.

Like the first snow, there will be more coming; storms, blizzard or just something calm, there's more.
