Let me know who you think Davina looks like!~•*~•*~•*~•*~•*~•*~•*~•*~•*~•*~•*~•*~•*~•*~•*~•
"Davina! I've already called you down about four times, do you even want breakfast or not because if not you might as well leave for school now, you don't want to be late at the start of a new semester!"
"I said I'm coming," I shouted from my room, clutching my throat in pain as my vocal cords tried its hardest to make my voice heard from all the way up the grand staircase.
I ran across my rose gold themed room to my bathroom, ignoring the kitchen helper, Flora, repeatedly calling my name. As soon as I stepped in my bathroom, my hand shot out to grab the worn out brush I use to slick back my hair and container of gel that's almost finished.
FLORA LENMACK
•Davina's close friend at home, family kitchen helper, great cook and baker,
Using my hands to lay down the stray hairs that had apparently managed to escape my travel sized brush, I rushed over to my vanity to quickly apply some makeup.
I didn't feel like doing much today as I was already running behind the usual time I get to school and my bare face itself would already have everyone on a hook with one look so I just decided to apply concealer under my eyes to cover up the light eye bags I gained from studying late last night and shaped my eyebrows. There was no need to bother with mascara since I had just got an eyelash extension the day before yesterday and they were still looking alright without any help; I did my signature eyeliner, lined my lips with brown liner and applied lip gloss then decided to finish there.
Checking over my face one more time, I stood up from my stool and went over to my walk-in wardrobe to pick out my bag.
I'm sure I was there for about ten minutes trying to make a choice but in the end I chose the latest Ted Baker handbag I managed to get delivered specially to me last Monday. I made my way over to the door leading out of my bedroom after checking over the uniform Hanmack Private Academy made mandatory to wear for a week after a new semester started.
As I made my way down the staircase, the smell of.. nothing entered my nose which surprised me since Flora always made me her special "Chocolat Bombe Crepes" to get me going at the start of new semesters but this time it just smelled like that smell you get after you vacuum; I'm guessing the cleaners finished earlier this morning.
My eyes met with Flora's back carrying a jug of what looked like pancake mix.
"I thought you were calling me down about forty minutes ago, turns out your not even ready yourself" I scoffed, as I took a seat on one of the comfy, tall stools placed next to the white marble island.
"Well the thing is," she replied with an embarrassed look on her face, "you usually take longer than 30 minutes to finish up every time I call you down so I thought that if I didn't start until after I called you then I'd finish right on time and the crepes wouldn't have to get cold."
I chuckled at the ridiculous plan she had as she usually starts an hour earlier to be sure she made enough for both me and my older brother, Rafaelo.
