・𝘓𝘦𝘵𝘵𝘦𝘳𝘴 𝘰𝘯 𝘢 𝘱𝘢𝘨𝘦 ・First year・

I got my acceptance letter to hogwarts on July 24th 1991.
I was sitting in my bed when an owl flew through my bedroom window it dropped a letter an flew straight out again.

I opened my letter and read it in my head.

My eyes widened as I wanted to scream I grabbed the letter opened my door and ran down to my mother and farther in the living room.

"Mum! Mum!" I shouted running.

"Yes y/n"she questioned

I sat on the couch and practically shoved my acceptance letter in my mother's face.

"That's great y/n" she hugged and I ran back upstairs.

I was so excited to go to hogwarts and see my brother my brother Josh goes to hogwarts already he's a year older but I'm exited to see him I only see him on holiday so I hope he's exited to see me.

At this time in my life I was 11 and my brother was 12.

I came from a long line of pure bloods and half bloods confusing I know my cousin harry Potter is a half blood but I'm a pure blood you see it may be confusing but you see James potter Harry's dad had a brother and thats my farther but my mother is also a pure blood which.

You may wonder why harry didn't live with us we'll you be honest I didn't know the answer to the question but he did visit often he's in the same year as my brother anywho let's get to my first year at hogwarts.

ʚ𝘍𝘪𝘳𝘴𝘵 𝘺𝘦𝘢𝘳 ɞ 

Me, my brother and my parents arrived between platform 9 and 10 I was nervous to run through the wall like what if I just  didn't go through and I crashed into the wall I'd be the laughing stock of hogwarts.

My brother and my mother ran through first I stood there with my trolley nervous as could be I felt a hand on my shoulder and turned to my farther.

"You can do this y/n you'll be fine"he assured me.

I started running towards the wall as I closed my eyes I grew more nervous but you my surprise I didnt hit anything I juts thought I moved my trolley off track and missed the wall but when I opened my eyes I was met with the beautiful hogwarts steam train.

I hugged my parents goodbye as the train was getting full and I ran to find a seat with my brother but I lost him in the crowd I found and empty carriage and I waved goodbye to my parents thought the window as the train started to move the door to my carriage opened and girl with brown curly hair walked in.

She sat across from Me and smilled  she stook out her hand for me to shake which I did.

"Hermione Granger, pleasure to meet you"she said with a soft smile.

"Y/n Miller, pleasure to meet you to"I said attempting to be confident.

"Wait you harry Potter's cousin right?" she said

I looked at her confused how does she know that

"Oh I'm Harry's friend he told me all about you" she said as I took a sigh of relief.
