it was an average day in the L/n House, Mom was sleeping to regain her energy to go to work tonight, Big sis was studying and lookin' sleep deprived as ever, dad wasn't home (still hasn't gotten the milk yet :( sad) and I was watching Demon Slayer on my laptop.

"C'mon! I understand why your mad Michael Jackson you kill all of the lowermoons because you see em' 'disrespecting' you, but you spare the simp who sounds like he's cumming and dying at the same time!?" I said with frustration. 

"are you really getting mad at an anime this early in the morning?" Marsha ask with smirk on her face. "ugh... I was trying so hard but I just hate demon slayer's main antagonist because of so many things I can't even list them down" I asked banging my head on the table.

"maybe you should stop banging your head on the table  your going to have a concussion with how hard you hit your head all the time" Marsha said closing her textbook. I sighed and get out of my chair "I'm going to the midnight arcade, Martha, Cleo and Cole are waiting for me there" I said putting on my white sweater with my name on it.

"okay but be careful it's dark out and there's a serial killer goin' around town murdering teenagers" Marsha said with concern. "don't worry I have my taser with me I'll just taser anyone who's sus" I said proudly.

"okay, but please take my warning seriously, I would join you but mom is still asleep and no one would be in the house to watch it" . "I'll take it seriously, I want to watch Mugan train before I die because I want to see how much I'll cry when Rengoku's death is animated" I said before leaving the house.

Your POV

it was around 11:00 pm and I was walking back home. I was playing with a plastic F/f                        "I should've left early there's barely any people around anymore..." I said slightly scared. 

it was too quiet for this part of the city. "they must be scared of the serial killer goin' around huh?" I said still walking. "indeed they should" an unknown voice said behind me.

I quickly took out my taser but I was too late.

the guy had hit my head with some sort of stone. but they didn't stop. they kept bludgeoning my head with the stone as screamed in agony until it all when black.

3rd person POV 

the person didn't stop bashing Y/n's head in. they finally stopped and left the stone next to the corpse and grabs the flower she was holding on to and places it on the rock. leaving her body to be found by the police in the morning.

Y/n woke up in a dark space she could only see herself in.

Your POV

"what the-" I said. "it's nice to finally meet you Y/n" Someone said cutting me off. "where am I!?" I said looking around frantically. "your in the void where I choose whether you go to hell, heaven or reincarnate" the voice explained. "so where am I going?" I asked.

"well your being reincarnated because you died to early but..." the voice paused. "but what?" I asked. "you see I can't find a body for you to posses and I would normal then just use your own body but it's beyond repair for me to use" the voice explained in a sad tone. I just sat there in silence, "where are you reincarnating me?" I asked. "I'm sending you to Demon Slayer" the voice answered.

"what if I was sent there as a ghost?" I questioned. "wait that might work, I could just send you there as a ghost and I wouldn't be breaking any rules.." the voice said. "well then I know how to send you there I'll do it immediately" they said. sudden I black out and woke up in a forest filled with spiders and spider webs.

"WHAT THE HELL!?" I yelled. 'I'm in the mount nagu-whatever the mountain is called arc's mountain!' I though. "wait would that mean Tanjiro and the others are here!?" I exclaimed. I notice I couldn't see through my right eye. "I guess my injuries stay when I'm a ghost." I told myself.

I started to float around, looking for anything that would tell me where I'm in the timeline. then I saw them. I saw Tomioka Giyuu Beheading Rui. "ah I see so I am on the mountain arc.." I said before going to them.

I noticed that Giyuu was looking at me. "who are you and what happened to you?" Giyuu asked. "oh uh I'm L/n Y/n and I was killed so I'm a ghost" I said but he looked like he didn't understand what I was saying. "What?" Giyuu said Confused. "are you kidding me!? I can understand japanese but I don't know how to speak japanese myself!?" I said frustrated. then Giyuu went to Tanjiro and blocked Shinobu's attack.

"Ara?" Shinobu said doing the cool landing thing she did. Giyuu told Tanjiro to Run with his sister and he did. I followed them but was slighty far from them to make sure they didn't know I was there. everything happened just like the manga and anime.

 Kanao bonks Tanjiro with a kick and knocks him out and starts swinging at baby demon nezuko. the bird calls out to keep both tanjiro and nezuko alive. I follow the kakushi's that was carrying nezuko and tanjiro making sure to keep my distance so they don't notice me

and that's the end of the prologue I hope you enough this fanfic and just a side note Y/n is slightly based off of Ghostbur from DSMP
