"You know, now that I realize it, we've been working here our whole lives." You look at Leith, finishing the bite of your sandwich. "Yeah.. yeah you're right. We were here ever since we were toddlers, weren't we." You took another bite of your sandwich, looking down to see the camera recording. With a mouth full, you drop your sandwich on the plate, laughing a bit and looking up at Leith.
"Where is Leith?"
You stare at Huggy, closely inspecting his actions. He looked to the right. "Don't lie please." He looked at you, then down to the left. Shrugging, he looked up at you. "So, you don't know where he is?" Huggy nodded, but he started to think. He let out a small screech, making you flinch from the sound. "Who?" He screeched again. "Poppy? What about Poppy?" He stood up and walked over to a map of the factory, the lower half where you stayed. He pointed to a room, looking at you and smiling with pride. You walked over, looking at the map. There was a picture of a door with a poppy flower painted around it right where Huggy was pointing. "That flower... I feel like I needed to look for that FLOWER!"
You pulled out the letter. "Look for the flower! Ha! Huggy, you're a genius!" You hug his legs tightly, letting go after a minute. You put on your shoes, grab the plushies and run to one of the vents. "Now which one goes that way.." You looked deep into the vents trying to figure it out, feeling an arm slink around your waist and pick you up. He takes you to another vent, shifting his hold on you to hold you like a child. You laughed a bit, holding on to Huggy as you two went down the vent. You couldn't tell how much had passed before you began to see light. You emerged from the vent, being slinked down to a cat walk. "Thanks Huggy." You hop off his hand and onto the catwalk, looking at the door. "There it is!" You begin running towards the door, being stopped as from Huggy. You looked down as see yourself being held above nothing. You saw nothing but the vast deep space below. You panicked and wrapped your arms and legs around Huggy's arm, never planning to let go. He pulled you close to him, holding you to his chest. You took a deep breath, looking towards the door. "Th-there's no cat walk leading to the door." You looked up. "And no way for you to climb over.." You look around, seeing a vent positioned over the door. Pointing to it, you looked at Huggy. "Do you know how to get over there?"
He looked, thought for a bit, then shrugged. He went back into the vent, backtracking his steps and climbing up into another vent. You went up, down, left, right, poking your heads out to see where you were. After an hour, Huggy laid against the vent wall, exhausted. You pull out some food from your back pocket, handing it to Huggy. You pat his arm before standing up and walking down the vent. "You stay here and rest, I'll look around on my own." You walked left and right, sliding down vents and crawling up them. You end up back at the door with the flower on it. You survey the area, realizing that if you time it right, you could parkour over the gap. You move boxes, securing them to the catwalk. You walk back towards the wall, getting a running jump. You kick off the first box, then the second. Alright, you're doing it! You're almost there, just one more jump! You propell yourself off the last box, flying through the air effortlessly. Thinking you would land it, you smile. Only, however, you were short. Your torso slams into the broken off catwalk, sliding off of it slowly. Panicking, you claw at the grates, managing to grasp a place for you to hold onto. You were dangling, barely able to hold yourself on. Then, you lost your grip, falling into the deep fog underneath you, watching the catwalk disappear as you fell.
{So sorry this was short! And took a long time to come out! Highschool has been eating me alive haha!}
