Wiping the sweat off your forehead after moving a bunch of heavy furniture, hiding away some personal belongings and packing lightly for the trip to come certainly did a number on you. There was a satisfying sense of relief flowing through your body and you insisted that this time you finish it all off with a hot bath.

To sign off for the evening, you lifted your arms above your head and stretched them with all your might. The temporary pain and tension now leaving your body upon release.

Were you ready?

No, it wasn't a question - you had no other choice than to be.

After finishing being satisfied with your handy, a knock at the door alerted Scaramouche's return. It was a surprise that he was willing to knock at all. Rushing downstairs with excitement and speed you didn't know you had as if it were a season to celebrate.

When you opened the door, Scaramouche barged right inside to keep from being outside.

At first he waited. He knew that you'd be too impatient to reclaim your Vision, but he at least wanted to see if you'd react to it being close by.

You didn't.

With a sigh, he opened his palm and revealed the trinket in his possession. Your eyes were glowing with eagerness and excitement.

"May I?" You asked before taking your own Vision from his hand. At least you hadn't forgotten your manners. Scaramouche simply nodded. There were no tricks, no falsities. Scaramouche held true to his word and returned with your Vision as if it were the simplest thing in the world. How he retrieved it was bothering you. How did he manage to get the small device back to you with such ease?

When your hand was close enough to hold it, elemental energy surrounded you. It swirled around your body, enveloping you in its entirety and at that moment a rush of memories flooded your brain.

At first it was relieving, being able to recall so many events that took place was a beautiful thing. The emotions that came with it, too. You had forgotten how you'd react and feel to different scenarios that you also became a different person entirely.

Next, it began to hurt. The elemental energy swirled into your body, and you truly started to remember. You had forgotten who Scaramouche was - who he was to you - who he used to be. You had forgotten the pain he caused you, the memories you shared.

Right now, in the eyes of Kunikuzushi, you looked like you were suffering in pain. You dropped to your knees and cowered as a result. Memories and emotions and power surging throughout your body was beginning to overwhelm you. When you tried to speak, nothing but broken noises were released.

This was your Vision - once again, no tricks involved. This was simply how much pain you felt during Kunikuzushi's departure.

Scaramouche simply stood there and watched. He hasn't moved an inch at all. He was observing your every move and emotion, possibly seeing if it was worth returning the trinket.

Uncontrollable tears stained your crinkled expression until finally the surge of elemental energy had stopped. The Vision glowed its final few moments before resting normally on your hand. Once the energy had stopped flowing through your body, a harsh gasp escaped you as if it temporarily took the life out of you.

The only sound present at the moment were heaving breaths from yourself. Your chest rapidly rising and falling to mark the effect of the Vision. You needed to hold yourself up against the wall since it almost knocked the wind out of you.

"I didn't get the wrong Vision now, did I?" The harbinger joked. He crossed his arms and patiently awaited the next scene to unfold before him.

It took some time for you to calm down but once you felt you were clear of overlapping emotions, you stared at the harbinger dead in the eyes.
