Rioters

This power was so overwhelming in the beginning. It didn't take long to master though, levitating objects was a little tricky as well. Once I awoke after dying, I ended up killing the guy that shot me. It didn't take to much effort considering I was something else. I just ended up throwing the extra knife I had and it stuck right into his skull.

His friend ended up running away screaming after that. I headed downtown to see how the action was over there. The curfew wasn't really in effect anymore due to how many riots that where happening across the city. It also turned out that those gruesome murders was because of some being, with supernatural powers. He was going by the name Abyss.

I was walking down the road when I saw two guys fighting over some TV they just stole. I pulled out the playing cards I had and had two of them levitating over my hand, spinning around in a circle. Even though they were about 20 yards away from me, I could see them clearly.

I launched both cards at them, one card sliced open the guys throat, making blood squirt all over the other guy. While my second card dug into the second guys neck. Man I love this power. The reason why I was able to make the card sharp and strong enough to do that is because any inanimate object I touch for the most part, I can make into a weapon.

I brought back the cards and cleaned them off. I continued walking downtown looking for anybody else I could fight and kill. I could hear so many sirens in the distance and shouting throughout the city. This city has gone to shit and its probably only getting worse, it doesn't help that Abyss is out there somewhere.

I got downtown and saw people fighting the police, throwing molotovs at cars and fighting each other. The police where in full riot gear and all lined up ready to bash in some skulls with their batons. There was a loud explosion nearby and it shook the police, then all of a sudden the rioters rushed the police.

It was mayhem. Police cracking skulls, rioters tackling police and beating on them. One person even threw a molotov at a officer and he caught fire. A police officer ran up to me and tried swinging his baton at me but I moved my head out the way and grabbed his baton and yanked out of his hands.

He looked stunned, then he tried grabbing me but I wrapped my arm around his neck and yanked upwards till I heard a snap and the officer went limp. I dropped him to the ground and continued walking by the fight between rioters and police, heading towards the inner city.

Here and there I'd kill looters and cops that tried stopping me. The deeper I got into the city, the more crazy it was. There were more rioters fighting cops but at this point the cops weren't trying to arrest anybody. They were fighting to kill just like the rioters were fighting to kill.

Some bodys I came across were really mangled up as well. An arm missing, a leg, 2 arms, even a head was ripped off a body. What the fuck, could this have been Abyss? Even so, I don't want to meet who's behind this. I heard some strange noise above me and saw a silhouette of a figure standing on a building and then jumping towards a skyscraper. What the fuck was that?

I could hear gunshots in the distance, so I headed towards the action. Once I got there I saw that it was a full on brawl between police and rioters. I saw 2 officers beating on someone till the guy wasn't moving anymore. I decided to get in on the action, so I threw some cards at the 2 officers, making them choke on their own blood.

I rushed towards a small group of thugs that were in a small circle trying to protect one another. I threw 3 cards at them. The first card sticking into the thugs head, killing him instantly. The second card rushed by, slicing the guys throat, then rushing back slicing it even more open till a river of blood rushed out him mouth and neck.

The third card ended up cutting the thugs back of his knees till he screamed in pain, dropped to his knees and eventually died due to the blood loss because of his artery. The fourth guy ended up running away screaming, while I stood there laughing hysterically. I cleaned off the blood and continued on my way.

I was getting closer to the inner city, once I got there I was just going to have a look to see what has been happening. There was probably going to be more fights and riots but I wanted to see if Abyss was there. I wonder if Skitzo got away, knowing him he's probably killing people as well.

I approached another fight that was going on between cops and rioters. God damn another one? This city really has fallen. It also doesn't help that the military has blocked off all access in and out of the city, so basically we are stuck. As I got closer to the brawl, I saw someone who was also using abilities like me. Well how about that, I guess there are more then Abyss and I.
