The sun showered the Alaskan Woods. Sasta pressed her moist nose to the ground, trying to catch a whiff of something for the evenings dinner. When she finally caught a sent of a small rabbit she dashed off towards her prey. As Sasta got closer to what she thought was her prey, she realized it was a bear and scampered away in terror.
As Sasta stumbled into her cave she could her stomach growling in hunger. She layed down in the back of her cave just thinking of her new pup to come. Unfortunately, Sasta had a very brief memory of the accident with her first pup. His name was Ark and he was said to be a strong warrior when he grew up. Two weeks after his birth, he was kidnapped during the night while he was deep into his slumber. The kidnapper was unknown, but the tale is tragic.
Suddenly Sasta had now not only one stomach, but two stomach pains. One of hunger, and one of her pup violently kicking inside of her stomach. In a blink of an owls eye, it happened. It happened rather quickly, but the new pup was finally here.
