On her way to work, Luna quickly grabbed her things and slipped on her mid-high heels. Looking at herself in the mirror, fully groomed and pampered. She went and wore a semi-formal plaid long sleeve shirt and her usual jeans. Her hair was left down as her beach waves were draped behind. Taking a hairtie from her basket, she put it on as a bracelet just in case it gets hot.

Her heels made it through the short hallway leading to the front door. Opening it, Luna was greeted by a figure that she should start getting used to by now. He gave her the usual annoyed look while she smiled sarcastically at the pale face.

A couple of weeks have passed after the incident and so far so good, her bruises and injuries started healing and work was going smoothly.

"Good morning to you too," she greeted and entered the car Luna thought was his since it looked the same as the other car he used to pick her up.

"That's not my car," he gave a slight smirk. "That is," he shifted his eyes to a black motorbike.
Her jaw dropped because of two things. One, he has a motorcycle. Two, if he has that.. then who's car was the one Luna was on.

She quickly went back to her senses and got out before the owner went back to their vehicle.
"Why didn't you tell me earlier?!" She whisper-shouted.

He simply shrugged. "You were fast enough to get inside that man's car when I was about to tell you," he pointed at a man probably in his forties carrying his dog that had a visible bruise on its leg.
Luna ran away from the vehicle as soon as the owner reached her sight. She sighed deeply making Tanner sigh unconsciously.

"What do you do, again?" he asked, already forgot what she does for a living.
"What?" she stared, confused at the sentence.
"What's your job?" he cleared out.
"I'm a Psychotherapist," she answered a little bit annoyed cause he was dropping her there for the past weeks and he still forgot what she does. Luna reached for the helmet hanging on his motorcycle.

He got upfront and she tried to climb but her heels weren't helping with the situation.
"Goddammit," she cursed under her breath. He looked behind and got off the vehicle.
"Wait here," He ran at the speed of light and a red vintage-looking vehicle came back.
The door opened revealing the vampire. "Get in," he opened the door behind.

"How did you-?" she gave a confused face and soon just shrugged it off cause she was getting late for work.

He somehow drove smoothly, noting the fact that car that was half wrecked; the ride wasn't bad.
They soon arrived at a tall building, she got out after mumbling a goodbye to her 'chauffer'.

"Good Morning, Ms. Taylors," the person at the lobby greeted her as she rushed through the elevator, checking her wristwatch; 9 am. Her heels were the only sound heard on the floor as she took out her keys. Luckily her first client wasn't here yet, giving her time to fix the office. She sat on her desk as she organized the drawers.

Work was tiring but she did have fun, some people might mistake her for just working as a Psychotherapist for fun. She did really enjoy her job, as they say, 'enjoy what you do'. She loved giving people advice and she loved making people feel happy and better. Even if it takes time to hear some painful and sad thoughts of people, bullying, depression, anxiety, etcetera.

Luna was now on her way to the cafeteria downstairs near the lobby after doing her scheduled appointments. She was greeted again by some of her co-workers.
"Hey Luna, do you want to grab a bite later?" One of her close friends Morgan asked. She gave a smile and nodded. "Dinner? or now?"
"Mm, how about both?" Morgan joined their arms as she dragged her to the cafe.

They ordered some black coffee 'cause it was a must. Luna ordered a breakfast sandwich even though it was lunch while Morgan bought a green salad cause she was a vegetarian.
The two chatted for a while and headed back to work. They both work at the same building but Morgan was a Psychologist so their offices were on different floors.
