Scott watched as the police officer escorted Derek out of the old burnt down Hale house, with his hands cuffed behind his back. He glanced around, uneasy as Derek spotted him leaning against Stiles' blue Jeep.

Scott sighed in dread seeing some officers snap pictures of the body they had dug up and quickly looked away. But regretted it as he spot Luella and Stiles practically speed walking through the trees, heading straight for the car in which Derek was now seated in.

The two avoided Scott's eyes, as the boy shook his head in protest. They glanced at each other with raised eyebrows, signaling to just keep walking.

It was Stiles who opened the passenger seat door as casually as he could, hopping in quickly. Luella dove in after him, closing the door on her way in. Scott turned his back to the car, pretending he didn't see anything, really thinking about his choice in best friends.

Stiles swallowed down a gasp as Luella plopped down onto his lap, trying to concentrate on the murderer who sat in the seat behind him.

Derek let his stoic expression fall into a deadpanned one, as he watched Stiles internally freak out for a moment because of the girl on his lap, then returned his usual stare as the two teenagers finally turned around to face him. He almost frowned at Luellas serious face, not having seen her not smiling or in a happy daze before.

Stiles spoke up first, gripping the bars that separated the front seats from the back ones.

"Ok, just so you know," Stiles started out, confident in his words. "I'm not afraid of you," he stated, then bit his lip nervously as Derek gazed at him, his eyes full of anger.

"What he said," Luella added on, not getting a glance from the man.

Stiles continued to blink at Derek, his throat closing up slightly in fear, whereas Luella remained calm, analyzing Derek's every move.

"Ok, maybe I am," Stiles admitted, making Luella peruse her lips, taking a quick glance at the boy. "Doesn't matter."

Derek gazed at Luella for a moment, flicking his eyes back on Stiles as she looked back at him.

"We just wanna know something," Stiles sighed out, quickly glancing out the window to check their surroundings. "The girl you killed? She was a werewolf. But she was a different kind wasn't she? I mean, she could turn herself into an actual wolf, and I know Scott can't do that."

Luella almost shivered when Derek's green eyes zoned in on her as he spoke.

"There are many different types of supernatural creatures, some that you wouldn't even dream of," Derek muttered, dragging out the word dream. Derek watched as Luella suddenly closed her eyes harshly, subtlety bringing her fingers up to press against her forehead, as if she was in pain.

Stiles didn't notice the girl actions, too focused on Derek's words.

"Is that why you killed her?" He asked, searching for an answer about the dead girl. Derek moved his deadly gaze back to Stiles.
