It's alive!

Unfortunately I am alive. Yes it's been a while, sorry. But I have a burning question.

Before I ask the question, context.

So Ryan Reynolds, if you don't know who that is well you live under a rock and you need to be introduced to him at some point so I will give a runned down version of who he is.
Canadian actor who is really funny, honestly he can turn into a comedian.
He plays as Deadpool in the movie Deadpool.
Is co-owner of a gin company.
And his latest movie has been The Adam Project.

So, Ryan is known for his humor. In this one interview that he does with his twin brother(he doesn't have a twin it's just himself). Ryan starts out saying "what's up Gordon(the twin)? Looks like we've got two beards in the room"
Gordon replies with, "three if we count your wife"

Now my question is this. What does Gordon mean when the wife is beard #3? Does he mean beard as in the pubic hairs(from what I read in the comments)? Or is he using the other definition for beard? The one that is an american slang that means using a person to hide one's sexual orientation?

I mean it's kinda ridiculous but I need a second opinion on this.

On a very unrelated note, I am a stobotnik(agent stone + robotnik) fan and I think we need more fics of it. If anyone has a recommendation, I'll take it.
