Man, those fireworks last night were so awesome! Luis and I had a great time, we even got some snacks there before the fireworks started. I guess I can officially say I now have 3 friends. Heh, I guess my parents were DEFINITELY wrong about it before. Anyways, just like any other school day, it was a drag. All my classes were boring, my homeroom teacher has a monotone voice. Thankfully I only have to see him on Wednesdays.

Anyways, Iby, Braydon, and I all met up after school and discussed what we're gonna do for today. Braydon suggested that we could go back to his house and play Mario Kart 64 on his Nintendo 64. He told us he has more than enough controllers. Iby suggested that we could do that another day and said he could teach the both of us how to skateboard. I liked both ideas, it didn't matter to me what we did as long as it wasn't boring. Braydon went along with Iby's idea, I guess so did I.

We all walked towards my neighborhood and Iby pulled out his skateboard from his backpack (how did it even fit in there?) I went first, I stood on the board and Iby pushed me a bit still trying to catch up so I didn't fall. We didn't realize how steep the neighborhood's roads were so I went downhill faster than Iby expected. I started screaming because I had no idea what I was doing. Braydon and Iby were chasing after me, but I was going too fast. Before I even realized it, I slammed into something (or someone) hard. I fell off the skateboard (obviously) and I heard boxes fall around me.

Finally, Braydon and Iby caught up to me and they helped me up. They then helped up the other person that I hit on accident. Iby asked if we were both okay, and shook my head yes while the other person said he was kind of okay. He said that I should be more careful next time. Braydon explained to him that we had no idea that the neighborhood had such steep roads/sidewalks. The other person forgave us, and said his name was Alan Saldana. We told him our names as well. Alan said he just moved in here and the boxes I knocked out of his hands were moving boxes he was carrying inside the house. Iby asked Alan if he went to the same school as us, and he said he'll start going there tomorrow. Braydon said that we should get going and let Alan do his business. Alan said he could catch up with us tomorrow, and so we all agreed with that. The three of us (Braydon, Iby, and I) all just walked to Braydon's house to play Mario Kart 64.
