Guys Guys Guys! This is the second to last chapter- after one more chapter which I'm not sure when I will post. The Max and Erick story is over! sorry for the long wait to update but it was 26 pages on word and + school took forever for me to upload. Anyways hope you enjoy!!!!

[Max's POV]

                              

                              
The car screeched as I put it in a sudden halt.

                              

                              
Slamming the door behind me I ran for the front door the rain was beating down so much it was hard to see. 

                              

                              
I had to pack my shit and get out of here before he caught up with m-

                              

                              
“MAX!” The sound of the rain was loud but nothing compared to the volume of which he called my name.

                              

                              
I turned back, he was running towards me but he slipped onto his hands and knees, that didn’t deter him for long as he quickly stood up and continued charging.  Fumbling around in my pockets for keys I was miraculously able to open the front door and slam it shut.

                              

                              
I jumped two steps at a time as I raced to my room; I grabbed the medium sized suitcase that I had brought with me and stuffed the little belongings I had into it.

                              

                              
“Max open the door!” he shouted banging on the door

                              

                              
“Piss off!” I screamed back. I didn’t want to listen to anything he had to say. “You left me for a stupid business deal!”

                              

                              
“MAX I SAID OPEN THE FUCKING DOOR!” but I wasn’t even given a chance; the door almost came flying off its hinges as it crashed open. Erick wiped his damp hair away from his eyes his emotions unreadable.

                              

                              
We both stood in silence only the sound of our heavy breathing and the rain crashing outside could be heard.

                              

                              
I slowly shook my head at him. Whatever I did I wasn’t going to cry.

                              

                              
Not over him.

                              

                              
Not again.

                              

                              
“Max I don’t know what she told you; it was probably true but please hear my side out”

That’s all I needed to hear.

                              

                              
“Max” he took another dangerous step forward and I responded by taking one back. I lightly bumped into the desk- I was officially trapped. “You’re not going anywhere” he whispered
