Chapter Twenty- Seven: Toxic Love

It has been 6 months since that happened. Also, since that day, I started to ignore Marco. I can’t believe that he actually announced it in front of my parent and his mother. I don’t even know what is his goal or what his benefit that he can get by telling it to my parent. Is he trying to use my parent so he can break Floch and I apart? maybe.

Since that day, I don’t even know what to think about Marco anymore. But the only thing that I am sure about is, I don’t want to talk to him anymore. I don’t want to cross path with him anymore.

My parents didn’t tell even a single word about it or they didn’t even ask me about Floch. But the only thing that I can assure was, they don’t want me to continue my relationship to him anymore. Even though they didn’t tell it to me, I can read it into their eyes.

Well, to be honest, my family is not perfect and just like the others, my family has a lot of toxic history before. That was sucked. Just hope that I can reincarnated as a dog next life.

Just a month ago, Floch and I planned to have a sleep over at Marlowe and Hitch’s house but it was all ruined because my parent didn’t allow me to go. Their reason was, it was too dangerous to go outside and there is a lot of bad guys out there. How stupid isn’t it? They always allowing me to go anywhere as long as I ask for their permission but everything changed now. What am I? A kid?

Also, since that Marco said that thing, my parent is always going home earlier than before as if they are checking me if I am at home. They are worrying for nothing. They are stupid and I am now starting to hate them.

Back to the reality, I am now walking alone; Entering the school. I and Floch had an argument earlier because of the way I dress. He questioned my favorite skirt because it was too short for him even though I am actually wearing this often and its length was still the same from before. Since I had a bad morning, I got annoyed at him and left him alone in front of my house. I just hope that my parents didn’t see him there.

“HEYYY!” a familiar voice of a lady shouted.

I looked around and saw Sasha who are holding an ice cream waving at me.  She went into my direction and noticed the frowned on my face. “Eh? What happened?” she said and started checking my face.

“And where is your boyfriend?” Annie added who came out from nowhere.

“I left him in front of my house.” I simply answered. I am not in my mood to explained but knowing them, I am sure they will ask about it.

“Why?” Sasha asked while licking her ice cream. Ice cream in the morning is healthy for Sasha.

I sighed and fix the fold of my blouse. “I am stupid. I just got annoyed because he had a problem to my favorite skirt. He said that it was too short for me even though it was still the same from the last time. That was just simple but I already had a bad morning that’s why I left him.” I explained.

Annie bend over and discreetly checked my skirt. “What’s wrong with skirt?”

I am about to speak but an icy finger touched my arm. I turned my head and saw Floch with a modest look on his eyes. I abruptly rolled my eyes and started walked away. I know I am acting childish over simple things but he just ruined more my morning and it was not good. Just ruin my things but never ruin my morning.

I harshly throw his arm from me and look at him. “Don’t touch me.” I threatened. He recoiled because of my action.

“Hey, Y/n. Look, I think you are being childish over simple thing. It is just your skirt. I am just concern about you.” He explained and I just ignored him then start to walk away.

“Oi, don’t follow her.” You heard Annie told to Floch who wants to follow me.

I looked at Sasha and said, “Let’s eat breakfast to the cafeteria. My treat.”

I am on the middle of the class when I felt a pair of eyes that staring at me. Annoyance filled me inside so I looked at that direction and saw my boyfriend, Floch staring at me. He didn’t even flinch when he saw me already looking at me instead, he mouthed “Sorry” with his two hands together as if he was praying. I looked away and ignore him as if I didn’t see what he did.

“Okay, now paired into two. For those who can’t found any partner, tell it to me later, okay?” our teacher stated. Floch almost approach me but I abruptly went to the nearest person that I can see, Gunther Schultz.

“Hey, want partner?” I asked and his mouth slightly open for a moment, maybe he was wondering why do I asked him.

He nodded his head anyways while saying, “Sure.”

I looked back at Floch and I can see the jealousy raging on his eyes. Once again, I ignored it. After some minutes, the teacher told us to sat together with our partner so I sat with Gunther. To be honest, Gunther was a nice man and everyone knows it. Levi also know Gunther and he had the same opinion about him just like the others.

“So now, who don’t have any partner?” the teacher asked in front while writing something on a paper.

Floch raised his hand and everyone looks at him. I saw Jean looked at me with questioning look on his eyes and I just shrugged my shoulder. I am now expecting my boy best friend scolding me later.

“Only Mr. Forster?"the teacher asked while raising her eyebrows and the class went silent which was a signal as a yes.

“Okay. Then, just make group with the others. Where do you want to group?” the teacher asked him while she fixing her red eye glasses. Floch didn’t wait for a minute and looked at my direction while pointing me.

“I want to group with Ms. L/N, ma’am” he answered and the class went wild, shouting some cheesy romance stuff.

“Tssk, tssk. Kids nowadays. Well, anyways, Is it fine to you Ms. L/n and to your partner, huh, Mr. Schultz?” our teacher asked and I sighed.

“Is it fine to you, Gunther?” I asked the man beside me back and he nodded as an answer.

I answered the teacher that it was just fine to us so he told Floch to just sat next to us. A familiar luxurious scent brushed into my nostrils. I rolled my eyes as I felt his body beside me so I just focused on the teacher in front and listen carefully on her instructions because I know Floch that well. He will not listen on what will the teacher say.

“WHAT THE FUCK IS THAT, FLOCH!??? WHAT WAS WRONG WITH YOU” I pulled him to the back of the abandon school building.

“I SAW HOW HE LOOKED AT YOU, Y/N!” He shouted while explaining nonsense at my face.

“YOU PIECE OF A SHIT! ARE YOU CRAZY!?! YOU ALREADY RUINED MY MORNING AND NOW YOU ARE SPEAKING NONSENSE! STOP WITH YOUR FUCKING ILLUSION”

So this was what happened just earlier. Gunther and I are talking and brainstorming about the project that got assigned to our group. Floch are just silently listening and I don’t even know what he was thinking at that time. When suddenly, he pushed Gunther with all his strength and shouted, “Back off Shit head!”. That scene almost leads them to have fist fight but thanks to Gunther that he understands Floch and his behavior but he also asked our teacher that he will just group with his friends.

“We are just talking for God sake!” I shakily said because of anger. This man jealousy is really dangerous. He will never change. What a walking red flag.

“Oh GOD! No! The two of you are just flirting in front of me” He busted out that makes my eyes widened.

“I am so sorry?! Pardon?!? Did I heard it correctly?” I can’t just believe on just what he said to me!

“You are flirting with other guy— " then, I slapped him.

“What exactly is your problem about me?! First, my skirt and now, Gunther? Really?!”

“I love you y/n! that is the problem. I only concern about you” he explained. I sarcastically laughed on his stupid answer.

“I love you too but I am not that over protective and I am not yours, Floch. You are too much, Floch. You are too much.” I said and he shook his head.

“No, I am not.  Yes, you own yourself and I understand that but my point here is, I am almost losing you on my hand y/n. I can feel it… I can feel that I am already loosing you.” He sadly said to my face.

I felt an unfamiliar pain in my heart when I saw Floch’s sad face. Damn, I love him.

“No, you won’t lose me, Floch.”

I pulled him and hugged him into my arms. “No, we will always be together. No one can break us apart. Even if the whole world are between us, I will make way to be with you. I am ready to trade my everything just to be with you, so please, don’t said that. I will never leave you. That is a promise. ” I said and a tear rolled down to my cheeks. 

No one can break us apart, Floch. It is a promise.

Promises is only spoken by the sinners.

LEVI’s POV

I quietly sipping my tea on my coffee table while reading the fresh newspaper that I bought earlier. What a nice day to spend my rest day. I am hoping that no brat will disturb me today.

Oh. Speaking of brat, I am almost sip my black tea when suddenly, my phone rang. Annoying device. Tssk.

I didn’t look at the caller and just tap the answer button. If this is some prank shitty call, I will seek help to Hange and hack their phones.

I waited for the caller to speak because I am too lazy to talk right now. Today was supposed to be my break day but someone just ruin my moment with my black tea. Just hope that this is not Erwin or Hange because I am gonna kill that Old guy and crazy four eyes.

“Levi dear, how are you?” A familiar voice of a woman told from the other line. Thanks it is not Erwin or Hange.

I looked at my phone and saw the registered name of someone. “I am just fine Auntie. Working hard to become a successful business shitty man. By the way, thank you for asking. Well, How about you and your family?” I asked back to avoid being rude and to not show that I am annoyed because she just ruined my time for myself.

Silence and I heard that the woman is speaking to someone. Well, I can’t even hear what are they talking about, but my point is, they should talk to each other before they call me. Tssk. What a time waster.

“Dear, please help us” the woman pleaded and what did she just say was just really annoyed me. Old brats tssk.

(A/n): Hey guys! I am so sorry for a short and slow update. I am kind a busy with my school works and some other stuff. Also, I want to informed you guys that I changed plan and make this story shorter than the original plan. To be honest, I am actually getting lacked of inspiration to write this story but instead of abandoning this, I want you guys to read and see the ending of this story.
It was already a year and months since I wrote this story and published it. I had so much fun writing this story even though I am not that good on English language.

Don’t want to put my dramas here but yeah, I missed AOT and the energy of the fandom lmao.
