Chapter 2: Appearances

When they said 'Australas' it seemed like nothing happened but then out of know where the Jade Mountain setting was replaced with an urban looking one. Scavengers walked the streets some in metal boxes on wheels. Those are called cars. Wait, how do I know that? 
Moon interrupted her thoughts by explaining that they already knew everything an average human, as they call themselves, their age does. 
"So umm, how old are we exactly?" Qibli interjected.
"11."
Oh, what about Winter. I haven't heard him speak, he should be so excited! Kinkajou glanced at Winter and realized the only reason why he wasn't talking was because his mouth was hanging open and he wore an awe-struck expression on his face. That is when Turtle suddenly blurted:
"Kinkajou, you look so cute!" He quickly covered his mouth as blush started to rise from his cheeks.
"Oh thanks!" Kinkajou would never say it out-loud but she agreed with him. She wore a neon yellow top with a rainbow and sun on it. She had strawberry blond hair tied back in a pony-tail with rainbow tips. But the cutest part about her was the small blue denim shorts she wore that had a smiley face on the back pocket. Her eyes were a variety of different colours depending on how you look at them (character on the book cover!) like her eyes her shoes were a blotched rainbow colored Converse.
Winter looked even more striking then his dragon form as a human. He had white-ish  blue spiky looking hair (it isn't) and piercing blue eyes. Winter had a button up white top with baby-blue checks on it and baby blue chino shorts with white canvas shoes. 
Kinkajou continued, "You look ADORABLE Turtle!" Turtle had neat aqua colored hair (more on the green side) and dark-ish blue eyes. He wore a sleeveless navy blue vest and underneath a blue T-shirt with a wave on it. Turtle had blue board shorts  and dark blue sneakers.
Peril had straight crimson colored hair in a pony-tail, her eyes remained the same electric blue as before. She had a sleeveless cropped turtle neck with a flame design on it. Her denim blue shorts also had that same design on the front pocket. She also wore red and hot-pink runners.
Qibli really rocked his outfit. He had sandy blond unkept hair and styled a dusty looking white top with  a graphic sunrise on it. He wore orange board shorts and black thongs. Qibli's eyes were a deep mahogany color. 
Last but not least MOON! Kinkajou thought after charting every one else's appearances. Ah, Moon, always so shy but like in a way that seems like it is more of a: Stay away from me I'm to cool and powerful kinda shy! Moon had very straight black hair with purple highlights and viridescent eyes. She wore a purple top with a moon on it and black denim short. She also had the original black Converse shoes. 
"Hey guys we look really cool and all but is there any chance any of us know where we are?" Turtle asked.
