Percy jackson and the army of chaos

chapter one

hi everyone, I'm back well actually, now that I think of it nobody cares so let's get on with the story

Percy's P.O.V.

I looked down at what once used to be my home ready to leave for one final time to never return you probably don't understand what I'm talking about, my name is Percy Jackson I saved Olympus twice beating both, the king of the titans and the earth its self but of course, the fates repaid me by making my closest friends and family turn on me.

flashback

I was heading to the sword training arena when I suddenly heard a scream I ran as fast as I could to thalia's tree. Once I was there I found a boy trying to fight an empousa by himself, the keyword there being "trying" the empousa had made him fall in love with her and was now starting to show her big pointy teeth the poor boy could do nothing about it, but just when she was gonna take her first bite I stabbed my sword right through her heart and she turned into golden dust leaving only a scared boy behind.

"Are you okay?" I asked the boy, he just looked at me with disgust and said "I could have handled that myself" and with that, he kept walking towards the top of the camp, I sighed with patience and followed him.

When we arrived at the top of half-blood hill the kid whose name I later learned to be Thomas Shine started saying that he found me kissing an empousa and that he had to fight her alone because I was making out with her all of the time. I was starting to hate this kid. I looked through the crowd, I saw Annabeth shoot me a dirty look. Then, when everyone had gone back to whatever they were doing Annabeth came to me and said in a tone that showed sadness "how could you Percy? I thought I meant more than this to you" I started to say "Anna-" but she turned around and with that, she left.

At dinner time Thomas Shine was claimed by Ares which wasn't very surprising. Then Chiron said "all kneel to Thomas Shine, son of Ares" everybody bowed beside me he looked at me with a smug smile on his face " bow demigod, to the most powerful demigod to ever live" I responded by saying "I only bow to noble heroes, not arrogant brats like you" some campers snickered but I kept a straight face. now he looked outraged but then Chiron interrupted us and said it was to go to the campfire, Thomas looked at me once before saying "this isn't over" and then leaving.

Over the next few days, people started blaming me for things I didn't do, like stealing drew's favorite shoes or hiding Thalia's tiara, but the thing that caused me to finally break was when I was walking down to the beach to meet up with Annabeth when I found two people making out when they split apart to breathe the girl said "I love you Thomas" suddenly my heart broke I'd recognize that voice anywhere  I looked at my girlfriend or now ex-girlfriend and whispered, "Annabeth how could you?" she looked at me and quickly, as a guilty expression overtook her face she said "Percy this is not what it looks like---" but I interrupted her by turning around and running to my cabin packing my things writing quick letters to the people who still believed me and then leaving for one last time

end of the flashback

I started to turn around when I was suddenly flashed to Olympus where Zeus king of the gods thundered (I know, bad pun) Perseus Jackson I looked at Zeus "yes that's me" I responded,          "we have been watching you for a long time and-" I interrupted him by saying "wait, you guys have been stalking me?!" some gods chuckled, then Zeus continued "yes and as I was saying we decided that we would give you another gift to apologize for our children's actions,

I thought about it for some time and then I came up with the perfect wish "okay then I wish to die"

I know it's pretty short and I'm sorry but maybe if more people read this book then I'd be more motivated to write longer chapters.
