school and family assemblies

Next morning the girls were more nervous then ever, even more then before an exam and exams at Alfea were hard. They got ready for the day very quietly while they were all racking their minds for ideas about what would happen. As they descended the stairs and made their way to the inner courtyard where the assemblies were held, they saw Queen Luna, Andreas and Roaslind all standing near the front of the student body muttering between themselves.

The girls sat on the benches waiting for the assembly to begin. Rosalind got up on stage and addressed the school, both the specialists and the fairies. "Welcome back dear pupils of Alfea! Hope you all had a splendid half-term. Things at Alfea will be a lot different now. Sadly Ms Dowling has decided rather abruptly to take a last minute sabbatical. We will surely miss her and hopes she returns next year to continue your lessons. But for now, I'll be taking over lessons instead of Ms Dowling and Andreas will be taking over Saul's lessons for now. I hope you all have a great rest of term." With that she leaves the stage staring at Bloom. Aisha stood up quickly, remembering that she was needed in what was now Rosalind's office. "I'll let you guys know if I find out anything." she said to no one in particular. She scurried away after the teachers. Sky quickly walked up past her and spoke up, "Andreas, when are we going to spend some time together? You always are too busy!" "Sky please call me dad! What have I said?" "Right, sorry dad but when?" "Not today, sorry son." Sky huffed and said quietly to Aisha "I bet a year will pass before I ever get to talk to him alone." He stalked off leaving Aisha just following the teachers back to Ms Dowling's rightful office. They spoke in such hushed voices not even Aisha could hear. When she tried to walk faster, they stopped whispering all together. At the bottom to the stairs that lead to the office, Queen Luna and Andreas headed to their respected class leaving Aisha with Rosalind. "How have you settled back into your suite?" asked Rosalind. "Pretty well thanks, the dorms here are always so comfortable. Almost a home away from home." "That's great to hear!" Rosalind gave a small smile. "Let me know if there's anything I can do to make your stay more enjoyable!"

"What odd behaviour. She didn't want you to overhear her conversion but then is all friendly. What Sam said to you makes sense. They don't want anyone to be asking questions, not even Sky. It sounds like Andreas' is trying to get Sky to call him dad after not even having a relationship with him at all. You can't expect someone to call you Dad with no bonding... and a sabbatical so abruptly? I could never see her give her position up for nothing! Wait! Do you think they've imprisoned her like they did with Rosalind? Now that would make sense. They got rid of Saul and her too? Terra's dad just seems scared." rattled Bloom. " Well, there are going to be big changes at Alfea from here on out girls." said Stella.
