Chapter 3

In this chapter there's a panic attack and unsafe binding!!

Kunikida closed the door "What were you doing? You know what- it's not important. You already ruined my schedule, let's just get this over with and I'll get back to work."
"What about your food? You know, I heard from a man who knows so much things that it can be annoying to be next to him that eating is important for your health or something." Kunikida looked at Dazai, confused. He was trying to understand who he was talking about, 'Ranpo? He's really smart but what's annoying with being next to him? Maybe that he keeps asking for candy but I doubt Dazai talked about him. Who was he-' "it's you." Dazai said, almost like he read Kunikida's mind. "Oh." Kunikida smiled "I guess I should listen to what I told you. Then I'll help you with the bandages, eat and then continue working."
"There's just one small problem. I may have accidentally dropped your second slice when my bandage got dirty-" "You did what!? Not only you ruined my entire schedule for today you also made sure that I'd know that I can't eat lunch even if I forgot about it? I don't know why I expected you to be sufferable today."
Dazai realized that he actually hurt Kunikida, "I'm sorry, okay? You can eat one of my slices, I took one too many then I'd like to eat." Kunikida seemed angrier for some reason. After a moment he spoke "so it was on purpose, ruining my lunch?" "It's not like you were going to eat it anyway. Kyouka and Kenji don't need you to help them with every small thing in there lives." 'Shit.' Dazai thought. Kunikida's face dropped. He was hurt, he tried to hold himself from crying "I'm sorry Dazai. I think I'll just go home, ask Atsushi to help you."
Dazai went too far this time. He never meant to hurt Kunikida like that. Dazai thought about how Kunikida might ask the director for them to stopped working together and that he's going to loose another colleague. He started working in the ADA for Oda but he found there friends, not like in the Mafia. Dazai didn't need to hurt everyone around him in order to survive. He couldn't stand the thought of loosing that and before he noticed, he was struggling to breath.
Kunikida ran to help him, trying to calm him down but without success. Kunikida tried listening to his heart beats but felt like there was something covering his chest. Kunikida unbuttoned Dazai's shirt to see what was it. Dazai's chest was covered with bandages. "Of course you couldn't breathe if it's that tight. I'm removing them." Kunikida quickly removed his bandages and buttoned half Dazai's shirt back on.
A minute later Dazai started getting better and could speak again "Kunikida- thank you" Kunikida signed in relief and hugged him. After the hug Kunikida slapped Dazai "What the hell were you thinking? Using bandages to bind could make you break a rib and interrupt your breathing. Tomorrow  after work we'll get you a normal binder and I'll make sure you don't wear it too much, okay?" Dazai was confused from what happened "but- how can I bind now?"
"You can't. I'll drive you to your place and I'll  come back here and do your work as well. I'll explain everything to the director." "Oh" Dazai smiled "Thank you, really."
Kunikida helped Dazai get dressed and they walked out of the bathroom.
"I'm driving Dazai to his house, he needs some rest"
"Why? Is he okay?" Atsushi asked
"Yeah, it took you way too long to change a bandage"Yosano added.
Both Kunikida and Dazai forgot about it.

Please do not use bandages to bind your chest. You should get a proper binder (I recommend from gc2b) and if you can't, try transtape. No matter what you use to bind, do it safely. Do not work out in a binder or wear it for more then 8-12 hours.
