Cheating

THEO'S POV

Shai and I walked back into the apartment building that we were staying in.

"Thanks for lunch, Theo." She said
"No problem. I had a lot of fun."
"Me too." Shai smiled. She was so beautiful. What was I thinking? I have a girlfriend.
"Theo?" I heard her voice. I snapped out of my daydream.
"Sorry?" I asked.
She laughed and said, "I got to go back up to my room and get ready for some filming."
I nodded. "Okay. Me too. I'm going to go see if Ruth is there. I had a lot of fun today, Shai."
"Me too." She smiled.

I was about to open my apartment door when I hear voices coming from inside.
"I love you so much, Daniel." Ruth's voice was coming from the apartment.
"I love you, too." He replied.

That's all I needed before I opened the door and started to yell.
"Ruth! How could you?!"
She and Daniel both had a surprised look on their face.

"Theo, honey, it's not what it looks like." Ruth begged for me to believe her. I laughed.

"Than what is it?! I heard what you two just said to each other. Ruth, we've worked many things out before, but this isn't working out. We're over." I breathed. She looked hurt, but I didn't care, she was cheating on me.

"I'm so sorry." She whispered as her and Daniel walked out.

I walked over to my bed and plopped down. I started to cry. I had been so stupid. I knew I should've ended it earlier before anyone got hurt.

SHAILENE'S POV

I was walking back from filming, when I heard sniffles coming from Theo's apartment. I went up to the door to hear crying as well. I started to knock on the door.

"Theo! Open up!" I yelled. I could hear shuffles and the door unlocking.
"What?" Theo snapped. He looked awful. His eyes were red and his hair looked like a squirrels nest.
"Are you okay?" I asked.

He mumbled something under his breath and slammed the door in my face, before I could say anything. I was just trying to see if he was okay. He didn't need to slam the door in my face. I know we haven't known each other long, but Theo feels like my best friend and I hate to see him like that.

I started walking to my apartment, feeling defeated and depressed.
I walked in and laid down on the couch and started to cry.
