Falling for a Riddle ( Mattheo Riddle ff - fanfiction)

Good news ?!!

Amelia woke up the next morning to the sound of someone knocking on her dorm room door furiously. She composed herself best as she could and opened the door only to come face to face with Mattheo Riddle himself.

He looked better at morning. His hair a tangled mess from only being combed by his fingers. The sun rays danced on his skin giving out a glow color from his olive complexion. Which made no sense considering she remembered Bellatrix Lestrange and Voldemort being rather on the pale white side as far as complexion went.

" You coming down for breakfast ?" Mattheo asked leaning on the door frame. His white t shirt had a yellow stain on the shoulder that Amelia's perfectionist eyes couldn't avoid.

" Uhmm... soon " she said before closing the door in Mattheo's face making him giggle from the outside.

Amelia changed into her Hogwarts robes and rushed out and found Mattheo to have left sooner. She ran down the halls in hopes of sinking her teeth into today's breakfast. When she reached the great hall she felt the stares of the student body fall on to her. She averted their gazes and took a seat next to Pansy and Blaise. Both looked startled but masked it well by showing eggs and soldiers in their mouths. She looked up and noticed Malfoys eyes quickly look down when she spotted him. She also noticed Hermione send Tom over to the Slytherin table while they both gave a sympathetic look towards Amelia. 

" Okay what's going on ? Can anyone tell me ?" Amelia asked crossing her arms. Draco cocked an eyebrow up at Amelia and looked at the others before sliding a copy of the daily Prophet to Amelia.

" Draco !!" Pansy scolded but Draco just shrugged his shoulders.

" She's gonna find out anyway.... now she knows, less trouble " Tom glared at Draco who only ignored him.

Amelia skimmed through the article as best as she could.

Double escape : planned or spontaneous ???!!

As of 3.15 a.m. the feared death eaters Lucius Malfoy and Antonin Dolohov had escaped from Azkaban prison. The ministry is being rather secretive of how they managed to escape as they aren't the first. This may show how careless the ministry is being with high profile criminals. 

Both these death eaters who had been counted with multiple counts of murder and even preforming the Cruciatus Curse. Both were also very active members of Voldemort's regime. No comment has been given by their estranged children, some of whom had appeared on the prophet previously and now we also hear of a secret daughter that we wish to get a comment on.

The motives behind these two wizards are still unknown as Voldemort was killed by our very own Harry James Potter, the Chosen one. Now the question remains : what are these two death eaters up to ?. Until they are tracked down the ministry urges the safety of all witches and wizards.

Last sighting : Godric's Hollow 

Amelia felt her breathing stop. Like the scenery seen outside a moving train, images of her fathers abuse and torture flashed before her. The man escaped and he would most likely come looking for her. And Malfoy's father has also seemed to have escaped. But nothing showed on Draco's face. He was averse to the whispers of others. But tears formed in Amelia's eyes. She never wanted him to escape. She wanted that monster locked up for good but then here he was free. Probably on his way to get her. 

Amelia didn't hear the shouts of her friends. She ran out the hall and into her dorm. She locked the door and slumped on the floor and started to cry. She felt the feeling of destruction come. She started to make small droplets of water appear floating above her palm and amused herself by playing around until she heard a sharp knock on her door.
