Ever since Dave is no longer being a prisoner to the toppats he's been a lot more happier, especially since he's dating earrings, who was the one who took care of him when Reginald didn't want him as a prisoner anymore. (don't worry, Reginald is still kind to Dave) earrings was so happy when she first met Dave, since Dave couldn't find anywhere to go he decided to stay with her and eventually they got together as a couple. Today they were just having a lovely picnic in the park, turns out that the two of them have thought about going on a date which was a great idea since both are happy and cheerful.

Dave: I'm so glad that you like the picnic idea that I had

Earrings: no problem Dave, besides I even helped you out with the food

Dave: *giggles* yeah we did and I'm thankful for you helping me with that *kisses her cheek*

Dave: oh ok then *gets off her and stops* that was so cute though earrings

Earrings: awwwwwww there's so much cuteness coming from you right now, makes sense since you're the most cutest thing I've ever seen *tickles faster and Increases her kissing speed from 5 to immediate 100*

Dave: HAHAHAHAHA!!! NOOOOOOOOOO *tries to get out of his girlfriends arms but fails really badly and gives up just to let her tickle him, which resulted as him getting really red in the face*

Earrings: oh my goodness *gets off dave* you're really sensitive Dave

Dave: yeah, I've always been like that since I was little

Earrings: same here but not as much as today

Dave: do you think we should head back to the toppat clan base? They're probably wondering where we are right now.

Earrings: yeah we should *pulls him into a kiss which he agrees with* let's go babe *grabs his hand*

Dave: now that sounds lovely *agrees to her hand and walks with her*

And so with that their date was successful, they got to have plenty of laughs, love and lots of memories to look back on when it comes to their first ever date, they will plan more dates in the future but for now it looks like their taking it slow and having a good time together.
