Taylor's pov

Nash looked mad as did the rest of the boys. matt was starring at me waiting for an answer.

"Matt I would love to..... but I just don't want to get hurt again" I said and bit my lip as he frowned

"Matt you just cheated on her she's not going to take you back" jack g said as he put his arm around me

"Get you're arm off of her" matt snapped as he took his hand off of me

"Calm down Matthew" he said and put his hands up

"Don't tell me what to do" matt snapped as I stepped away from them

"Well at least I know how to treat a girl right" he said and matt went to punch him but cam and nash held him back as me and hayes stood there silently while jack was backing away from matt

I left the apartment and went down to the lobby when I ran into Daniel.

"Hey" he smiled

"Hey" I said back

"Listen can we talk?" He asked

"I'm not really in the mood for talking" I said and he looked at me

"What's wrong?"

"It's just I love matt but he hurt me" I said as Daniel looked hurt and upset

Daniels pov

I was going to ask Taylor if she wanted to go on a date with me but when she said that she loved matt I knew she would say no.... even tho I was upset she was still my best friend and I still had to be there for her

"If you need to talk im here" I said and hugged her, no matter what feelings I have for her I have to hide them.... it's for the best.

Taylor's pov

When Daniel hugged me I felt happy just knowing that he cares and he's there for me.

"Thanks" I said as we went to the elevator

"Sooo Did matt ask you out or something" he said

"Yea I felt really bad after saying no"

"If you love him way did you say no?"

"Well I just don't want to get hurt.."

"Well I mean people change, feelings get stronger........ or weaker and people mess up, you can't just stay away cause you don't want to get hurt.... take a chance" he said and I hugged him...it was a long hug. I looked up at him and he looked down at me, we leaned closer into each other then closer again and then.....the elevator doors opened and we pulled apart from each other awkwardly

"Okay I'll umm see you later I got to go now so umm" I said walking out of the elevator backwards when I ran into someone, they looked at me annoyed and keep walking

"Okay bye see you later buddy" I said as I walked away nervously... did we almost kiss, like me and Daniel.... WE ALMOST KISSED!! why was I acting so wired I never done that before and buddy who uses that word still??? Omg what just happened?!?!

Daniels pov

FUCK I should've kissed her faster!! what would've happened if we kissed?!?! And buddy she's never called me that before... DID I JUST GET FRIEND ZONED?!!?!?
