Chapter 9: Back to school

Bakugou's POV

So I put on normal people clothes. Dabi and the other crusty one helped rip it up to make it look like I put up a fight trying to escape. It was around maybe nine in the morning and we didn't wanna start til ten because thats when everyone is awake in the commons. We're all kind of just sitting here, waiting til 10. "I think it's clean, Kurogiri." Toga commented. "No. I must clean it til perfection. A bulter who can't do that much, isn't worth his salt. That's what sebastian taught me." Everyone in the room groaned besides me and Deku. "Not that stupid anime your watching." Crusty says. "Anime is a beautiful art form created by wonderful people who see the light in animation. It provides-" Dabi interrupted him. "Provides you with a really annoying roomate who won't shut up?" Kurogiri scowled. "What would you know, Mr. Disney channel?" Dabi looked hella embarrassed. "It was the only thing on!" He says, trying to make an excuse. "Yeah, that explains why you nearly fried me when I tried to change the channel. Who knew you were so into paw patrol?" He stood up. "I wanted to know if they were gonna save the baby turtles!" Everyone died laughing. "Aren't you supposed to be a villain?" Crusty wheezed. "Chase is on the case" Toga squeaked. "Dabi the detective" Kurogiri added. Dabi sat there with a scowl on his face. "I'm leaving." He said, turning to leave. "Aw guys we hurt his feelings. He's gonna go sit on the toilet and cry." Toga teased. "Dabi has to potti?" Crusty added and they all laughed more. Deku looked like he was about to die. I looked at the time. 9:47. It was almost time. "I'm gonna head out. It's almost 9:50 and UA isn't exactly down the street." I say. Deku nodded. I walked out and began to walk the sidewalk. The streets looked rather bare this morning but it was a saturday so it wasn't too concerning. I thought about my kiss with Deku this morning. It was different then all the rest and he definately kissed back. Icyhot ruined it by jumping in though. I didn't get mad about it, like I usually would. He wasn't in my way and if I'm being honest with myself, I liked having him there. He broke some of the tension. Shit. I'm not in a threeway relationship, am I? Oh god I hope not. And with Icyhot? hell no. I eventually parted from my thoughts and saw the piers where Deku caught me with Kirishima. I hadn't realized the distance I'd walked. I saw UA and showed my ID card, entering like usual. I walked into our dorm building. Battery Brains came around the corner. "Bakugou?!"

Denki's POV

"Bakugou?!" Bakugou just walked into the dorm building like he had just gone out for a morning stroll. The whole class ran to the doorway where I was standing. Uraraka ran up to him and hugged him. "Where have you been?!" Iida shouted. "I was spying on the LOV. They have Deku and Todoroki." He answered. "I got out before they could do anything with with me, so I just watched to see what they're plotting" Bakugou looked like he'd seen something traumatizing. "Iida, go let the teachers know he's back." Iida nodded and ran off. We all just stood in silence, and in shock.

--back at the LOV's Hiding place--

Todoroki's POV

With Bakugou out of the way, Deku was all mine until he got back. It's only been maybe an hour but I have indeed been gifted. Seeing him shirtless was the best thing I could've asked for. Sadly, things didn't progress like I had expected. The walls of the hideout were too thin and it was just a simple red curtain between us and the rest of the group. I did get to leave a hickey on Deku. I was about to say something when a phone buzzed. Deku got up and picked it up. "It's Bakugou." I nodded. "Ok. Mhm. Mhm. Alright. Ok. Oh ok. Alright, bye." He set the phone back down and looked at me with a sparkle to his eyes. " The school knows about Bakugous return, they are making him a spy for UA, things are going according to plan."

Deku's POV

Perfect. UA is going with the plan. I liked spending time with Todoroki, but I missed Kacchan. Laying with Todoroki like I am now, just reminds me of what it was like with Kacchan. Todoroki took the first opportunity he got, though. Not that it's a bad thing, and I like Todoroki, but not the way I like Kacchan. Have I made a mistake? Should I have let him explain? "Deku" My thoughts were interupted.

--At UA--

Kirishima's POV

Holy shit. Bakugou is back, and he's ok. Not a mark in sight. I was at a loss for words when this happened. Everyone blamed Bakugou, but once they all get a chance to dwell on it, they'll realize it's me they should blame. I wonder if he made up with Midoriya. I still hope he'd wanna stay with me. He hasn't changed, and he won't talk about what happened or where he was. "Hey Bakubro, whatcha up to?" I ask. He's sitting in the commons on the couch scrolling through his phone. "What do you want, Shitty hair?" The response I expected. I scanned the room for any other. "Bakugou, What actually happened?" I sat down next to him. "You know something. What is it?" He stayed silent. "What did you tell the teachers when they questioned you?" He huffed, then looked at me with a sharp glare. "Deku's a villain, Icyhot's a villain." He paused, but continued, "Asked me to join, I denied, but promised to not reveal any plans, ideas, or places if they let me go without a word." Thats it?! "Seriously?! You and me both know damn well I won't buy that for a second." He's smarter then that. He wouldn't walk away without a fight. No, he wouldn't walk away without a win. I could hear whispers around the corner. The class is listening, and it's not surprising. I stood to walk away when Uraraka jumped out. "Really?! Are you kidding me?! There's no way I'll ever believe that story! Something else happened. You're the reason Deku's in this mess, Bakugou. Do something about it! You've known him since you were kids! You loved him! What the fuck happened?!" Just like with Midoriya, the room had a spooked silence to it. We'd never known Uraraka to curse like that. "I loved Deku! We all did! We need him!" Bakugou stayed quiet. What goes on in that mind of his?

Bakugou's POV

If they knew the truth I'd be as good as dead. Pink cheeks just kept going off as I stayed put. If I say anything I'll go off on her, and might let it slip. Kirishima is bound to figure it out. I'm not worried about him finding out, it's the others who want Deku back that I'm worried about. I wanna be with Deku right now. All this talk about him is killing me. He's alone with Icyhot, and I'm here listening to Pink cheeks pour her heart out. I start my double agent work monday, and I'm not to thrilled. I honestly am happy to be back here. As much as I wish to stay with Deku, I wanna try to convince him to come back. Not just to school but to me. Hopefully I can before it's too late.
