*Maddy's POV*
I walked into the hall after changing robes. I looked around and saw Harry,Ron, and Hermione sitting at the Griffendor table. I walked over to them. "Hey guys. I just wanted to say thanks. Without you all I would still be petrified." I said smiling. "Oh you're welcome Maddy!" Hermione said smiling back. The boys smiled at me and I walked away. I was pulled into a hug by Teagan. She had tears in her eyes. Shayden also hugged me. "Heh hey girls." I said struggling to breath. "You're ok." Shayden said tears running down her face. "You're ok!" Teagan repeated I hugged them back. They let go and I walked over to my table. Hannah saw me and smiled brightly. I bent down next to Cedric's ear and whispered "Miss me?" He went wide eyed and stood up and hugged me quickly. He was smiling so big when he pulled away. "I really did." He said then he kissed me. I kissed him back and then hugged him once more. I sat down Cedric sitting next to me. After dinner I headed to the library for a bit. I sat at a table and decided to read until I would be forced out.
*Time skip*
I was heading back to my dorm when I saw I heard someone walking behind me. I turned around to see Harry quickly walking my way. "You walk to fast" Harry said when he finally caught up to me. I giggled. "Sorry habit I guess." I said smiling. The moon shown through the hall and lit it up. He smiled back. "Want to go down to Hagrid's with me?" He asked. I contemplated a bit. "Sure why not." I answered. We began walking. We talked about random things like classes and friends. "So you and Cedric?" Harry asked out of the blue. I felt a light blush creep onto my face. "Uh yeah me and Ced." I said trying to hide my smile. "You two are good together." He said as we walked across the bridge. "Thanks Harry." I said smiling at him. We reached Hagrid's hut and Harry knocked on the door. Hagrid opened the door and looked at the two of us. "Never thought I would see you two hanging out together." Hagrid said as he let us in. I smiled at him. "Would you two like tea?" He asked taking a kettle off the fire. "I'm ok but thank you." I said smiling. Hagrid nodded.
*time skip*
We had left Hagrid's hut and now Harry and I were splitting ways to go back to our dormitories. When I walked in I headed up to my bed put on my pajamas and fell asleep quickly. In the morning after I had gotten dressed I went downstairs. "Why didn't you come back after the library closed last night?" Cedric asked as soon as I entered the room. "I went to visit Hagrid with Harry" I said  putting my hair up. "Why?" Cedric asked moving closer. "Because Harry is my friend and I agreed to go with him." I said looking up at him. He sighed. "Alright. At least you didn't get hurt." He said hugging me. I smiled and hugged him back. Besides being petrified this was an ok year.
