"If only the tailed beast didn't exist, Naruto wouldn't have one inside her."Kushina cried even more.
Minato hugged his wife to tell that he is there to protect her and their daughter.
They let go of each other when they heard a loud steps running away from their house.
'Shit! It's Naruto!' Minato cursed himself for not sensing the surroundings when they were talking about something important.
"Minato..."
The yellow flash hugged his wife tightly, "Don't worry Kushina. I'll do something, okay?"
Kushina let out a small hmm.
Naruto run and run, didn't know where to go. Her tears are falling to her whiskered cheeks nonstop.
She stopped to catch her breath. She rested her hand to her knees and took a very long breath. Turning her head, she looked back on her tracks and cried more when she saw the villagers eyes.
Naruto runs again towards the forest. She looked around and spotted a small lake.
"I guess... I run away pretty far." She said panting as she's catching her breath. Naruto sat down under a tree near the lake that she saw.
Remembering the conversation she heard earlier, she cried again hugging herself. Mumbling words that she heard from the villagers about her.
"I'm the monster who attack the village a decade ago... I'm t-the one who killed many l-lives!" She shouted to herself. "I shouldn't have live!"
"Naruto..."
"Leave me alone, Sasuke."
Sasuke looked at the lonely girl. The lonely girl who always annoys him. He took a step but stopped when Naruto spoke.
"Why are you here?" Naruto asked in a sad yet soft tone. "Because of dad?"
'She figured it out already?' Sasuke closed his eyes.
"No, I was here when you came running." It's a good thing Sasuke knows how to lie. "Why are you here?"
Naruto looked back and came running towards him. Sasuke was shocked when he saw her face full of tears and sweat.
As she reached Sasuke she hugged him tight and cried there with all her might. Sasuke's cold eyes soften and hugged her back.
"D-do you hate m-me, Sasuke?" Naruto asked while sniffing, still hugging him tightly.
Smiling softly, he brush the soft long hair of Naruto to calm her down.
"Why would I hate you?" He answered and looked at the lake.
She looked up to Sasuke who was looking at the lake. "Because I-I'm a... monster." She whispered the word.
He heard heard what she said but didn't react to it.
Naruto cleared her throat and buried her face on Sasuke's chest. "Because I'm the reason why their love one's died..."
Hearing what she said, he rested his chin on Naruto's head and hugged her tightly. "You're not the reason why they died. You're not the fox who attacked that night. Your mom give birth to you. And the reason why the third Hokage sealed the fox in you was because someday he believed that you can control its power."
Naruto stopped crying from what had Sasuke said. Remembering the stories that she heard from her mom.
"B-But..."
Sasuke faced and smile softly at her. "Do you think I'm lying?" He asked while tilting his head.
Naruto's ocean blue eyes grow wider. She shook her head repeatedly. "N-No! Your not..."
Removing her tears, Sasuke then patted her head.
"Even if the world hate you, I'm still here. I will protect you, fight for you and stay with you 'till I die."
